WaterFighters did an excellent job repairing a large closet area after a water pipe leaked behind the wall. The scope included cleanup, mold remediation, re-drywalling, new carpet, and painting. The team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much smoother. While the overall cost was on the higher end, the quality of the work and the care they took with the job were solid. I’m happy with the end result and appreciate their professionalism.

BEWARE! Especially if using insurance! We had water damage and they wanted us to sign paper work and give them a $40k check even though we had already made a claim with our insurance. They said the “loop hole” is to just pay out of pocket and submit the paid invoice to our insurance once the work is completed and paid and Insurance can’t deny it and will have to reimburse us completely. Completely FALSE! The work needed for restorations ended up costing $12k with another company that we didn’t pay a penny out of pocket everything was billed directly to our insurance and insurance cut them a check. The insurance advised us it doesn’t work that way how water fighters claimed and we wouldn’t have gotten fully reimbursed. So glad we went with our gut and didn’t hire this company. 40k was just for the restoration services NOT including putting the house back together.

2025 started of with a bang, a water leak in the bathroom. After the initial clean-up efforts, I was in need of an expert. The goal was to not only restore as the bathroom was a bit outdated, but to remodel. Water Fighters Restoration listed to my remodeling wants/ideas, came up with multiple design options, and allowed me to pick and choose for the final design. The expert advise during the initial design phase and prior to any commitment on my part, closed the deal. Cesar listened to my wants and when appropriate asked follow-up questions to ensure Water Fighters Restoration solutions met my expectation. The company not only met my expectation but exceeded them. The bathroom turned out fantastic. One can see craftsmanship and dedication to client satisfaction . Water Fighters Restoration treats your property as their own and it shows at the end of the day. The crew is so meticulous. During the renovation phase, they would verify before installing, i.e. the height of the shower or the bench and other just little things. It was refreshing as a customer and felt like a partnership. Since the Bathroom remodel, I have used the company for other remodeling activities and have not been disappointed. Home owner beware... This company practices in predatory price gouging. Every single line item on their invoice is inflated significantly. And if you don't pay the entire invoice quickly, they threaten legal action. Even though, I had informed them I was going through insurance. This job should have been 2-3K total. Not 5-6K that they charged. Quality of work was fantastic, I'll give them that. If money is no object to you, and you don't mind paying twice as much as you should. These guys are great.

If funds are an issue we offer many financial options. We are certain the cost of your loss was 100% paid by insurance. We did not recieve payment for 16 days. A Pre lien was sent to your address which it is a licensed contractors standard practice. I wish the 1 star review could not be due to cost of quality service during a water damage loss. They came out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to start getting everything dried out. Reconstruction started on Tuesday and was done within a week. They were easy to work with and did a great job getting everything back as good as new!
