Privacy policy
Effective October 15, 2026
This policy explains what FairPipes collects when you use fairpipes.com, and what it does not.
Who we are
FairPipes is run by Solva Labs, a small company outside the United States. To reach us, write to hi@
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and your message.
What we do not collect
FairPipes has no accounts, no sign-up, and no payments. The review form asks for no name and no e-mail address.
We do not see or record your calls. A Call button opens your phone's dialer, and the call goes straight to the business.
Reviews you send
When you send a review, we store the business it is about, whether it is positive or negative, and the type of job. We store the month of the job, what you wrote, the price if you give one, and the date you sent it. We do not store your name, e-mail, IP address, or any browser or device details.
A review is public once it is published. It shows positive or negative, the type and month of the job, the text, the price if given, and the month published. It shows no name. Do not put private details in a review.
A person at FairPipes reads every review before it appears. We decline a review that breaks the rules, and it does not appear. We cannot tell you the result: we have no way to reach you.
We delete declined reviews within 90 days. Published reviews stay on the site while the business is listed.
You cannot change or remove a review on the site. To ask for a change or removal, write to hi@
When you send a review, the review page runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check that you are a person. Cloudflare's script loads then, on that page only. To decide, Cloudflare processes data from your browser and device, including your IP address, under its own privacy policy. Our server checks the result before we store a review.
Hosting and visit counting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. To serve each page, Cloudflare processes your request, including your IP address. Cloudflare may also receive network-error reports from your browser.
What you type in search becomes part of the page address, so Cloudflare receives it with the request, as it does any address.
Search itself runs in your browser, and FairPipes has no search server.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookie and counts page views without identifying you.
No advertising, no selling
We use no advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data or share it, except with Cloudflare, our host. The site loads no third-party fonts, maps, or scripts, except the Cloudflare analytics script and, on the review page, the Cloudflare check.
We do not track you across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing.
What stays on your device
FairPipes saves a few things in your browser. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
- Your compare list, up to 3 businesses.
- The last city and type of business you viewed, so we can offer it again.
- A count of your visits, the time of your first visit, and a mark that this visit was counted. We use them to offer the home screen card on a second visit, 24 hours after the first.
- Whether you closed the card that offers to add FairPipes to your home screen, when you closed it, and how many times.
- Copies of pages you have visited, so they open without a connection.
Two more marks last only until you close the tab or browser:
- A mark that you tapped Call or a business website.
- A mark that you used an open now link or filter.
Both marks only keep the home screen card from appearing at a busy moment.
Clearing your site data in your browser removes all of it.
Your location
FairPipes asks for your location only when you tap Use my location. Your browser's position is used on your device to pick the nearest city we cover. It is not sent to FairPipes.
Reviews and business facts
Public Google reviews reach us through a data vendor. We show the reviewer's name as Google shows it, the rating, the text, the date and any reply from the owner. We show no reviewer photos or profile links. Reviews sent on FairPipes are covered in the section Reviews you send.
Business facts come from public listings. License records come only from the license list for Tennessee plumbers.
A business or a reviewer can ask for a correction or removal by writing to hi@
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new text here with a new effective date.
