Hi April, I’m the owner of Arizona Construction & Restoration, and I take comments like this very seriously. After reviewing our customer and project records, we have been unable to locate any project, contract, invoice, or previous customer associated with your name. We would like the opportunity to understand what you are referring to. Please contact our office directly and provide the property address, project name, invoice number, or the name the contract was under so that I can personally look into this. If this review was intended for another company, we would respectfully ask that it be corrected or removed, as the allegations described do not correspond with any customer or project we have been able to identify.

Measured for my new doors 3 times amd after 2 months my doors were made incorrectly. Im told i have to wait 2 to 3 month more for my doors to be remade if they are not made wrong again. The company subcontracts home depot to make their doors and neither company will offer compensation for the mistake or how they have inconvenienced us. Usaa insurance is taking this company off their list of recommend contractors. They have no customer service nor do they care one bit about their customers satisfaction. I give NO stars to this business and I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want a huge headache amd be out thousands of dollars. Shop for another contractor. Do yourself a favor. I tried this contractor thru my insurance company and found horrible truths so you dont have to!!!!!!! So here is the update no one would ever expect... After almost a year my doors were installed and finished. Not before they finished the install the price suddenly doubled to over $12000.00. They tried to scam usaa by saying the money was fir repairs when the install wasnt even complete yet. And there were no repairs because the doors were put in new. Even though they are still the wrong size and material. So they want over $12000.00 for doors that cost just $2200.00 to build. So usaa I guess denied their cost increase and today a letter showed up at my door saying this company wants to put a lean on my house for $9000. I signed the original contract for roughly $6500.00 and I never signed anything agreeing to pay more. If usaa did, its on them not me. So shall we go to court i have all this information and every text message sent to me. All of them from when the 1st set of doors were made wrong and he said he wasnt eating that cost for his company's mistake and I have to pay, from all the promises to give me a discount when doors were done. Now they want double the $!!! I don't even think thats legal let alone unethical. But thankfully usaa is filing action against this company on my behalf. And I highly doubt any judge in court would allow a company to try and scam their customers. Especially when the insurance company is backing me up. Ive been the bigger man by asking the owner to call me so we can come to a peaceful agreement. But instead I got a threat letter saying hes going to put a lean on my house. When the judge finds out everything hes done and sees all his texts, and talks with usaa, case dismissed. Im sure ill have another update. Hopefully things will change. Update. After miscommunication with usaa's poor customer service everything was finally resolved. This company discounted me almost $1400 in the end making things right. But usaa did nothing to make things better. Thank you az construction for making things right in the end.

Matthew, we understand how frustrating the delay with your replacement doors was, and we want to provide some additional context regarding what occurred. The replacement doors required a custom height and width, meaning they were not an off-the-shelf product. Custom doors of this type typically require approximately 6–8 weeks to manufacture. Unfortunately, when the first custom-manufactured door arrived, it was not manufactured correctly. Once the manufacturing issue was discovered, ACR immediately began working with the supplier and manufacturer to have the door remade. Because we understood the inconvenience the additional wait created for you and your family, ACR paid additional costs out of our own pocket to have the replacement door expedited rather than simply placing another order under the normal manufacturing timeline. ACR did not subcontract the installation of your doors to Home Depot. Home Depot was utilized as the supplier for the custom-manufactured product. ACR remained responsible for the project and continued working through the supplier and manufacturer until the corrected door was received and the work could be completed. We certainly understand being dissatisfied with the amount of time the process ultimately took. At the same time, we believe it is important to distinguish between a manufacturing error involving a custom product and the work performed by our company. When the problem occurred, we stayed involved, worked to correct it, and incurred additional expense ourselves in an effort to reduce the additional delay. We regret the inconvenience the manufacturing issue caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances for anyone reading this review.

The entire crew was fantastic, but I especially want to recognize Peter. He’s exactly the kind of project manager you want working on your home. Great attention to detail, always willing to explain what was being done, and focused on making sure the job wasn’t just finished on time, but finished RIGHT. Zach, the owner, should be proud of the team he has representing ACR. Great people, great work, and a company I’d definitely recommend!

Everyone was extremely friendly and communicated every step of the way with what they were going to do and then verifying that it was done. Stephen was great at organizing the pack-out as was Eddie when he came out to initially take a look at things. Peter was absolutely wonderful the whole time. He was always communicating with me and even did some shopping with me to pick up some supplies of my choice. The ladies in the office, Jen especially, were always very responsive and well-informed. I would definitely highly recommend them.

We had a interior bathroom house flood. After the dry out, done by Restoration 1 of East Surprise, Nick Burkhard and Matthew Romero of ACR came in and along with the insurance company successfully got our home back better than before. The crews were very respectful, quiet and efficient and always On Time. Project manager Matthew Romero was a delight to work with. Truly appreciated his help in finding a new vanity when the one we picked was delivered to them broken. He helped find the perfect one and all accessories needed, our bathroom took the biggest hit.
