We’ve personally used 1-800 WATER DAMAGE at our home more than once, and each experience has been excellent. On one occasion, I noticed water leaking from our water heater in the evening when I had a lot planned the next day which added stress since I didn’t have time to deal with it. Their team responded quickly and took control of the situation right away. They promptly set up drying fans, removed the drywall on the raised water heater platform that needed attention, and made sure the area was thoroughly dried to prevent further damage. They didn’t just set equipment and leave, they came back multiple times to monitor the progress and ensured everything was completely dry. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
