How reviews work
Where reviews come from
Google reviews show the reviewer's name, rating, text, date and any owner reply. Reviews sent on FairPipes show positive or negative, the type and month of the job, the text, the price if given and the month published. They show no name. A person reads each one before it appears. We do not change what a review means.
Positive and negative reviews
Google reviews of 4 or 5 count as positive. Google reviews of 1 or 2 count as negative. Google reviews of 3 are not counted.

How we list businesses
We build this list from Overture Maps and Google business listings. We match license records to these listings afterwards, for Tennessee plumbers only. License records: we hold them for Tennessee. We have not checked Arizona or Montana yet. The list may be incomplete or out of date.
