We’ve had multiple issues with our new build home subcontractors being unable to repair things properly from roofing to drywall and paint. Dustin and Mike showed up with our builder rep to go over what needed to be done. They assigned Richard to our home and he went above and beyond in repairing our home. He worked non-stop and truly cared about his workmanship and representing his company in a positive, professional manner the entire time. After dealing with so many subcontractors, Service Master and their folks are a breath of fresh air. This is the second time they’ve stepped in to fix others incompetent and incomplete work product. In a society where customer service is not very common anymore, Service Master’s goal is making the customer happy and doing things right. Thanks to whoever is running this company for passing down a positive professional work ethic and attitude!

My experience with servicemaster started out on the wrong foot. Mr. Humberto and mr martine took over and made the job Go smooth. My wife and I are quite happy and pleased with all results and how things went we have already recommended a friend of ours. She has come over and saw the work that was done. The work is superior the men who did the work superior and we had a good time once all the beginning went through, the experience was great.

We had a flood and our whole house needed new floors. Mitigation and dry out team were there quickly and had great knowledge and recommendations for the most effective way to prevent more damages. They organized the pack out, plumber, and restoration. Jason was always available for questions and kept my family in the loop with every update! Great experience.

One of the technicians came to do an inspection at my elderly mother’s house last week under the influence of drugs or alcohol. When he showed up she noticed his eyes were glossed over and his speech sounded slurred which made her very uncomfortable. After a few minutes he finished the inspection and said goodbye. Then about a half hour later she looked out the front window and he was still parked in front of her driveway in a white van. She said his head was face down on the steering wheel like he was sleeping. She can’t remember for sure but she believes he said his name was Johnathan. I hope they drug testing their employees.

I just want to give a shoutout to the guy who came to my rental house a few times a few weeks ago that had septic backup flooding in 2 bathrooms and my bedroom, right after I moved into the house, in Prescott Valley, AZ. He was really nice and really helpful and set up the restoration equipment and shut off my main water supply and attempted to help me with sewage water removal, when my landlord could not have cared less. I have no idea what his name is but he thought I was the homeowner, I’m not the homeowner lol. A few days later I found out that the house also tested positive for asbestos so I’m getting out of that place. Anyway, just wanted to thank him!

Wanted to give a shout out to Tyler and Alfredo of service master ORC I believe people should get credit when credit is due and I had these gentleman to my personal home called out by my builder for a warranty issue. As a Resturation owner myself Kowalski Construction inc these guys took good care of me and did fantastic work keeping me updated on my water loss and cleaning up as they went. Lorenzo and the whole team were absolutely amazing from start to finish of this process. They were here quickly to help us clean up the mess and assess the damage. They were very patient with us while we were overwhelmed and trying to process what was happening while trying to evaluate what we lost and were going to have to replace. They were able to get us on the path to fixing everything that same day and finished within just a couple weeks. We were continuously impressed with their communication, workmanship and adaptability to allow us to still be living our lives while they fixed our home. I didn’t get the names of our clean up crew that showed up first thing in the morning and stayed till the afternoon to make sure everything was cleaned up, damage removed and working on drying out. They listened to my concerns took them seriously and went above and beyond to ensure they addressed them. Lorenzo was absolutely amazing while doing the repairs. His attention to detail and workmanship is impeccable. We were amazed that everything looked so seamless. His demeanor and willingness to work with our schedules was just above and beyond. Nobody wants flooding to happen and it’s extremely stressful when it does happen. But this company will forever be our saving grace during this period. We will forever be recommending them for any situation like this. You really can’t ask for a better process during such a stressful time. Thank you all of you who worked on our home and got us resettled.

Korey, the repair representative of ServiceMaster ORC was amazing. He was on time and went above and beyond. He got right to work on my cabinet, also checking the bolts of the other cabinets to make sure that they were not loose. He then went right to work in my garage, caulking the crack, painting and stayed until he was sure that his work had dried. Thank you ServiceMaster ORC, for sending an awesome, courteous, and hard working repair representative.
