Sandra, Ortega, Brandon, Fabian, and on day 2, Rachel and Marcos joined them, all did a marvelous job with our pack-back! Just like our pack-out team, this team was friendly, professional, and they took the upmost care with our belongings. Of special note, Sandra rallied the team and ensured our bed was put together on our first night back despite critical pieces being part of the day 2 load. They went back to the warehouse, found the bed items, and returned to our home to put together the bed. Honestly, I give ServPro and the two pack-out/pack-back teams 100 stars!

Tony Baird from your company did a great job with my issue. I had some flood damage from a leaky toilet and cause damage in several rooms. Tony was able to get to my house within a couple of hours to assess the damage and shortly after some of his team came to the house and began their clean up. They then put several commercial blowers to dry everything up. Tony came by the next day to check on the progress. Tony advised they will need to replace some drywall and set up for the next day. Tony took care of filing the claim with my home owners insurance which made the process so easy. I am glad that Tony was my contact person for my issue. Tony was easy to talk to and very informative of what had to happen to get my house back to its previous condition which gave me some relief from my stress. I would highly recommend recommend Serv Pro and to ask for Tony to help if he is available. Dave Lechner
