New Needed an immediate home clean-out and sanitation. Paul was very responsive to our needs and had a crew out in two days. They completed the entire job in one full day and did amazing work. Would have taken us weeks to do this task. Nick and his crew were very respectful of our situation and were sure not to dispose of things we wanted to keep. Rock Emergency was a lifesaver yesterday with the wild winds/ Tornado that came through Webster. Power lines and trees were down causing power outages everywhere. We were on the verge of not being open on one of our busiest weekends of the year. Rock emergency came very quick with a Generator to get us up and able to open on time. Thank you for saving us!! Our ceiling just collapsed, completely and we are devastated, we called up rock emergency services and the gentleman was so kind and patient listening to me anxiously recant what just happened, they were over our house within 30 minutes and evaluated the damage and made a game plan, helped us sort it all out. Would 100% recommend these guys in an emergency, they are amazing.

Reasonable price We cannot recommend this contractor based on our experience. What should have been a straightforward project took an unreasonably long time to complete, with repeated delays and poor follow-through. Ultimately, the project was left incomplete, and we had to finish the remaining work ourselves to get the job done. In addition to the time and effort involved, we incurred extra expenses to complete the project. The most disappointing part of the experience was the lack of accountability. If you’re considering hiring this contractor, be sure to get every detail in writing, establish firm deadlines, and closely monitor the progress of the work. Great price I had the pleasure of using Rock Emergency Services a couple weeks age on a basement that had a water back up. Great response from Paul and had the job done in a day. They had to empty the basement into a dumpster and then clean the floors and attack some mold spots. The crew put down cardboard on the floors so not to track debris on the stairs and floor when they emptied the basement. I would highly recommend these guys for your clean up needs . Hopefully I wont have use their services again but if I do Rock Emergency Services would be the first person I would call. Dave was truly my hero and immediately took charge with compassion and professionalism. His entire team was efficient, kind, and so wonderful to work with. Great price Unbelievable service! I called the plumber first then Rock. Plumber got there within half an hour and Rock within 5 minutes of that, incredible.
