New Incredible service. I’ve hired Rochester Restoration for water mitigation on my properties several times. Their response time has always been prompt even in the late hours of the night. They are meticulous with their work and have an outstanding work ethic. I was abroad for the last hire, and was rest assured that they would handle everything with great care and detailed documentation for insurance purposes. They are a most dedicated, competent, and compassionate team. I’m grateful for their excellent service.
