I called two companies and Jet Dry came out that afternoon where the other company couldn’t come out for 4 days. Walter set up a very complex system to try to save the hardwood floors. New Great price Man, what to say about Walter and his team? Jet Dry was recommended to me by another HVAC team I was working with, hoping to clean out my ducts and generally improve air quality in my home (smoke season will do that to a guy). Walter called me shortly after I submitted a request on his website and walked me through the potential options I had. He took his time and patiently explained the process, the work ethic he sees in his team, and offered additional services - no pressure, no sales push. It's nice to work with a guy who's confident in his team! The only thing I might add for those interested in duct cleaning is that they do need to run a hose to the truck for their compressor, so plan on sequestering your pet(s) if you have an escape artist! New Reasonable price Emilio and Jacob just left my house after cleaning my air ducts. They were so nice and courteous. They explained everything that they were going to do and showed me all the pictures of my dirty and then my clean ducts. I am so glad that I went with this company. Great price Excellent work. Had my carpets cleaned in my family room downstairs after purchasing a home. They did a fantastic job getting it cleaned and stains removed. Also had the air ducts cleaned in the home. Fantastic and courteous employees. As they worked they explained the process. Very neat and tidy. They found $40 in my air ducts that I had lost and returned it to me. Best prices in Rochester. They show you before and after pictures. Very happy with the service.
