I can’t say enough great things about this company. The project was completed quickly, with exceptional craftsmanship and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when dealing with contractors. Lowell, the owner of the restoration company, and Alyssa, who handled the mold remediation project and customer service, went above and beyond. Lowell’s expertise and genuine commitment to taking care of his customers, combined with Alyssa’s outstanding communication, were second to none. They always showed up on time and completed everything faster than expected. Lowell even included a few complimentary extras, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I highly recommend Lowell, Alyssa, and their entire crew.

Do not use this company! They have no idea what they are doing in remediation! It was a bunch of drunken sailors with zero masks, hazmat suits coming into my home throwing my bins into a supposed clean room while breaking the seal in several spots including in my entire garage! They have ZERO understanding of mold species, how to encapsulate the area, remove the mold, remediate the area correctly and have no education on CIRS! They did a horrible job in remediation! They used no wire brush, no hepa vac, no small particle clean , no microfiber clothes and just sprayed black fiberlock paint in my basement! A very uneducated company with no certification that means anything! I can get the same in one day by applying! They made my entire house worse and got me very sick with CIRS as they exposed my entire home and all its contents. They created a nightmare! Do not use this company! It’s. Scam scam scam! In this case, the work performed almost TWO years ago was completed in accordance with the independent assessment and scope provided prior to the job. I also want to point out that you were never present on site and were vacationing in Florida for the entire project. The project included proper containment, cleaning, and treatment procedures, and most importantly, the home achieved FULL 100% third-party clearance upon completion. From a assesor that you hired prior to ever receiving a quote from us that is 100% separate from Feels Like Home. Pre- and post-remediation air quality testing confirmed that mold levels were reduced to acceptable standards. We understand that remediation projects can be stressful, but we stand behind the work that was completed and verified through objective testing. It’s also important to note that this account still remains unpaid, and a lien was filed after multiple attempts to resolve the outstanding balance. We also aren’t the only contractor that had to place a lien on your property unfortunately. We are always willing to address concerns directly and professionally and encourage open communication to resolve any misunderstandings.
