New Would not recommend. Had to call in another company 1-800 Water Damage. To finish the job that Paul Davis Restoration didn't complete. After unanswered calls. They damaged a rug, testing for mold and said it didn't need to be replaced. It may not have had mold... But ripping it instead of removing the threshold and also ripping it in the middle of the door way entrance... That you can't repair, so we have to replace it. So I would say call someone else like 1-800 Water Damage. And had to give 1 star or I couldn't post.

Paul Davis Restoration surpassed my wildest dreams for the upstairs porch they fixed! The enclosed porch was one strong wind away from windows falling out and was also covered in lead paint. I called PD and not only did they work within my budget, but the work is impecable! The two contractors, Andrew and Brian were kind, hardworking and very skilled! The project manager, Paul, would check in and make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. These men were done in a MONTH! They picked up after themselves and the work is solid and beautiful! I now have new/ sturdy windows, a new porch door, no lead paint, new drywall, overhead lighting, an heater for winter and flooring! It’s like a brand new house! For any and all future home improvement projects I will be using Paul Davis, no one else can measure up!

We had a tree fall on our home last May, and Tom Rapp actively pursued us for this job. Unfortunately, our first project manager was extremely difficult to work with and caused significant delays, holding up the project for months. The project was then handed off to a new manager just before winter, which created additional challenges. We were never made aware that every aspect of the job would be handled by subcontractors rather than Paul Davis directly. The subcontractors left our property in unacceptable condition, with debris and trash scattered across our lawn and driveway. No magnetic sweep was done, and we continue to find nails throughout the property. Old gutters that were removed are still sitting in our yard, along with shingles and siding debris. Work was only performed sporadically, often limited to weekends, and the contractors did not show up consistently. As a result, what should have been a straightforward project was unnecessarily extended by several months. This has been, without question, the worst experience we have ever had as homeowners. We feel misled and that the quality of service we received does not reflect what we paid for. I find it impossible to believe this company legitimately maintains a 4.9-star rating. My experience was nowhere close to that. We overpaid for a poor-quality job that took almost a year to finish. The work, communication, and overall service fell far below expectations. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I worked with Chris specifically and when I tell you this man is as honest as they come. Lord have mercy, he brought me so much peace of mind. I had a structural engineer and a home inspector telling me my attic has endured a fire. Thanks to Chris’: expertise he was able to prove that there wasn’t a fire and what had actually happened is that in the past water has came into the attic which created the discoloration of the wood. He also showed me pictures of actual attics on fire and with that alone I was in shock of the major difference. Instead of piggy backing on the reports and trying to sell me a new attic fixture, he told me the truth. So for that I am grateful because Lord knows how the economy is nowadays. Thanks again Chris!

We just returned to our home from a devastating fire that occurred one year ago .Paul Davis was there from the beginning to board up our house to keep the content safe. I can’t say enough about Rachel Maxon, who was the project manager in charge of restoring the structure of our home. She was in constant contact with me and made things easier for me every step of the way .Due to the extensive knowledge she has with regards to all aspects of the rebuild , she was able to answer my questions immediately and any concerns that I had were dealt with promptly. Rachel’s support and encouragement helped alleviate the stress that i was experiencing with the loss of our home and everything else that went along with it. I feel very fortunate that she was in the position to supervise and manage our rebuild.

We had a devastating fire October 30, 2024. Paul Davis showed up on scene without us calling they boarded up the house. We found out later on that they had a teardown permit for the house November 2024. But they wouldn’t tear down the house because they were trying to get more money for rebuild and everything else that goes along with all that they told us that we should be able to save part of the house fast-forward to May 2025. Found out that the house had to be totally tore down but the garage had to have a new basement everything. And this is the short version if you have any questions you’re more than welcome to contact me. They received $80,000 from our insurance company. And they basically did absolutely nothing for what they did do had to be tore down anyways. If they’ve been in that business that long they would’ve known that the whole house had to be tore out they play on your sympathy granite. We have a new house, but it’s been a rough one. We had to live in a trailer for well over a year looking at that house that was burnt for nine months. What really pissed us off be honest is that they had that teardown in November and they never even told us we found out after the fact after we fired them.
