New I had such a terrific experience with New York Mold Specialists, I had to jump on here to leave a review. Tal, our specialist, was incredibly responsive, helpful and supportive throughout our interactions. Three weeks ago, I hired a big-name competitor when we discovered house damage due to a leak, and I brought in Tal to help with the mold assessments. He definitely did that role and more. He identified some standing water that the other company missed, and that they were about to seal up. Even after he was paid, he made sure I followed up with photos of the project to ensure it was being handled appropriately. I’m so grateful for Tal and New York Mold Specialist and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who unfortunately encounters a similar situation.

I had an issue in my apartment where there was moisture behind my walls. I saw my paint looking like it was "melting" on my kitchen wall. Insurance adjuster came and didn't find anything. The following few days I still saw issues in my walls, including fungus growing. I called New York Mold Specialist to come and do an independent assessment. Tal was very attentive and asked questions about my issue and was able to come the next day! He came by equipped with everything needed to perform a thorough assessment of my issue. He did, in fact, find the ceiling and walls were wet and he tested the air quality inside, outside and took pictures. His follow-up report was complete and thorough with proof of exactly what I needed to file my insurance claim. I hope I never need to call New York Mold for anymore leaks but if I have any issues, they will definitely be the company I will call. Their price is reasonable for all the services you get. It's irrefutable evidence for my claim.
