The people I spoke on the phone with were helpful but the actual workers who worked in my apartment were awful. They threw out things I told them to save (including sentimental items that are not replaceable), left my fridge unplugged so all my food rotted, and were incredibly disrespectful with how they packed up my belongings, including leaning a heavy mirror against an extremely expensive piece of art. It would be helpful probably if the people you have contact were the actual workers in the apartment. It's hard to know if part of the issue was that what I was telling the people I spoke to weren't getting passed along or what. Though obviously the disrespect of my belongings had nothing to do with communication. I spent hours many days trying to get answers on what was done, connecting them with other people (like insurance), and trying to get them to fix things they messed up. This would have been even more of a disaster if I didn't make the time to manage everyone. I’ve been trying to pursue reimbursement for the damages but have stopped getting any responses after being passed off to another person. Unfortunately, I’ll now be having to take them to small claims court. Edit: The response from the owner is hilarious. They give no way to contact and I've literally been trying to get this moving forward with people from this office for six months. Philip Caraciolo, Michael Manoussos II, Victor Noboa, and Jennifer Williams all stopped responding to me.
