I cannot speak more highly of Big Apple Cleaning & Restoration! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, transparent, and responsive. David came to my home the same day I called and talked me through the results of his diagnostic tools (moisture meter, infrared). Other companies I spoke to tried scare tactics and were less transparent to pressure me to spend more. When Big Apple Restoration probed my walls and floors, they confirmed mold was limited to the small area that their diagnostic tools showed, and had I gone with another company, I would have wasted money ripping out clean parts of the wall. Everything was remediated within 2 days of my first call to Big Apple Mold. Thank you for your professionalism, expert advice, expert remediation and putting your customers first! Great price Just had my inspection last night, and they were able to accommodate my later hours. I unfortunately didn't catch the inspector's name, but he was amazing and looked over my kitchen and bathroom where I've been dealing with persistent leaks from an upstairs neighbor and shoddily done repairs by my property manager's "mold guys". He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. He was great and so nice and explained everything in so much detail! I don't have the report yet since it was just done last night but just wanted to let his team know he was great! The best mold remediation and appraisal company in NYC. Start to finish, David and his colleagues showcased true integrity, by demonstrating remediation was not necessary, helping save me thousands of dollars.
