From Google

Mendy’s has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff was rude, dismissive, and spoke with attitude for no reason. Simple questions were met with annoyance, and it felt like customers were a problem instead of the reason they’re in business. The overall experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect. Services Mold damage restoration

From Google

Extremely disappointed with Mendy from Dual Restoration. He was rude, unprofessional, and clearly only interested in getting paid—not in actually providing any real service. Communication was terrible, and there was zero follow-through. Once the payment was discussed, all customer care went out the window. I would not recommend working with this company based on my experience. Services Mold remediation
