Don Metzinger came out to my house to give mold assessment. Not only did he reassure me that there was no visible evidence of mold but he also gave me advice on where to position my humidifier and even gave a visual assessment on my gutter drainage and fixed a detached downspout! He sprayed my basement with an antibacterial solution and really gave me peace of mind! Truly a nice guy who cares! Thank you!

Don is an amazing human and an absolute pro with water remediation. Don was called to our home by our insurance company at 1:30 in the morning after a massive water main break left our home with more than 5 feet of water in our basement. He responded quickly, and was knowledgable and efficient as he handled the immediate concerns throughout the night. In the weeks following the water main break Don has been a huge source of support navigating next steps and working with insurance. He documented the damage thoroughly, coordinated all necessary work with insurance to make sure he did only what was covered and has been highly communicative throughout the process. This has been incredibly stressful but I can truly say that Don went above and beyond to get our home back to the shape it was in before. Where other companies might have taken advantage of an emergency situation, Don has made it clear he had our best interest at heart. If you are looking for trustworthy, high-quality service this is it. Don, we can't thank you enough.

Words cannot express how happy we were with Don Metzinger! He walked us through the process, every step of the way. Initially, we got a few quotes. Every other vendor said they would have to demolish our built-in dresser. Not only was that disappointing, because it is beautiful, but it would have been expensive, if even possible to rebuild. Don took extra efforts to take it apart so we could save it. He is knowledgeable, fair, kind, and wonderful to work with. His work is meticulous. After issues with a previous contractor after my roof leak, Don was quick to show up and start working! He was very cautious of my children who have special needs to make sure any contaminated debris and demo was contained and removed properly!
