Adjusted from 1 star to 2 following a written apology from a manager. Though their inspector was polite and kind, he damaged my property and I didn't notice until after he left. The office team told me they "spoke with our inspector and he has confirmed that he was not inspecting that area and he did not have any equipment on him that could cause that kind of damage to the molding," and "Again, we have confirmed that this was 100% not due to our inspector’s visit." Of course this is a ridiculous claim to make when a man was in my kitchen with tools that chisel and cut through flooring. I was accepting of a mistake that the gentleman made. All I wanted was an apology. But they doubled down before finally apologizing. Additionally, they are not BBB accredited.

This was my first time working with Windsor Environmental. I spoke with Sara who was professional and pleasant to work with, she quickly scheduled an appointment for me. William arrived as scheduled, conducted the test and explained the process, along with showing me a sample of the report that I would get and how do read it! I received an email from Aviva with the "All Clear" results and quickly received the requested Clearance Letter. If you are looking for fair pricing, professionalism and accurate results, I strongly recommend you give them a call.

We did a full gut renovation of our apartment, interacting with a lot of different companies, contractors, etc. Windsor Environmental (was in touch with David) was by very far the most professional company we've worked with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They are extremely reactive, explain everything well, have good pricing, are fast, etc. In the past 2 years of renovation, we have not experience another professional half as good as these guys. I 100% recommend them!

We had asbestos wrapped pipes in the garage. I called Windsor Environmental on Thursday, sent pictures of the problem, got a quote that was very reasonable and was able to set up an appointment for Friday, the next day. The men arrived promptly and were extremely pleasant and did the work neatly and quickly. Dealing with Blini in the office was very pleasant. I can't say enough good about this company!!

I got a mold report from my tenet, claiming that there is high health risk in my house. Jack from Windsor was kind enough to analyze the report and explain it to me. I was ready to pay any amount of money to fix the situation, however, Jack was fair and honest (not like few others I asked for quotes) explaining me professanly that there is nothing to fix, and the report shows regular mold condition for a house located in a wooden area. while others ask for thousands of dollars.. he gave me a simple DIY solution and didn't ask for money.My tenet accepted Jack's opinion and agreed to the solution. I called Windsor Environmental because I needed asbestos pipe covering removed. From the first call to arrange a visit to get a quote for the service to the finished removal, it was just an amazing experience. The initial visit was simple and easy. I had a quote verbally right on the spot and then an official written quote emailed to me with in the hour. From there both Blimi and Jack answered all questions thoroughly and in a timely fashion. In fact one time when I called and I had to leave a message I decided I would try back in a little bit instead, but I didn’t have to because when Jack saw the missed call he immediately called me back!! The day of the service the men sent to do the job were spectacular! They were punctual ( the original visit was also right on time) and above courteous! They did a fantastic job and left the space cleaner then the got it!! The entire experience was a joy from start to finish! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I brought my first home a foreclosure and was nervous knowing all the down sides of having a 100 year old home ( asbestos, lead, and mold) but when I called Windsor Environmental to remove the asbestos in the attic they took the stress away with there professionalism and fast work ethics I am thankful to have one thing checked off my to- do list and definitely will use them again if needed.

We hired Windsor Environmental to mitigate a mold problem in our attic prior to selling our home. They responded to my call immediately , and gave us the best quote for a more thorough service than three other companies. They arrived precisely at the day and time scheduled and did a perfect job. As sometimes can happen in an attic without full floors, there was a an accident that caused damage to a ceiling below. Without delay, and without my even being aware that anything had happened, they made immediate arrangements for a full repair. That repair was made the very SAME day, to perfection! This post is for the company as a whole. They have a Brooklyn location, and a New Jersey location. Windsor Environmental assisted me with getting my home tested for asbestos. Construction has been underway for some time, and clouds of dust entered through the window sills, despite coverings. I contacted Windsor via email, and received a response the same day. I called the next morning and was able to set up an appointment for the next business day. The person who answered the phone was super nice, and listened to me as I explained my concerns. Afterwards, I was contacted again with the recommendations of which type of testing would be best for my situation. Numerous emails were exchanged and all were answered in a polite and courteous manner. No unnecessary tests were pushed on me, and all of my questions and concerns were answered politely and professionally. The technician who collected the samples was very polite and respectful, and my lab results arrived less than 24 hours later! I'm so glad I chose Windsor Environmental. I am very grateful. I definitely would contact them again, should the need arise.

The entire staff were a pleasure to do business with and I would HIGHLY recommend Windsor Environmental! There was asbestos found in the pipe wrapping/insulation in my boiler room. I called around a few places to get a quote for the abatement - they really do have the LOWEST prices in the NY area. Greg came out here about an hour after I called to give me a quote and written proposal. Jack sent his guys - William and Alex in to do the removal the same day. They were very polite, incredibly professional, and also very clean; By the time they left you couldn’t even tell I any had work done. Best of all, I got a Clearance certificate and all work completed in a matter of hours. Windsor Environmental are amazing at what they do.
