Acuity Builders

Didn’t even have time to look at my project. Ken just said he wanted to pass on it no explanation.

We had a water leak that destroyed our kitchen. It had to be gutted plus mold mitigation. Ken and his crew came in and completely remodeled the kitchen from the ceiling to the floor. He is very competent and easy to work with. He and his crew are very contentious and take pride in doing quality work.

On time, so professional and WOW!! Amazing work. We still get compliments on the great job they did on removing our popcorn ceiling, small repairs and the smooth flat texture. I’m so thankful we went with Acuity Builders!! We still use them and recommend them every time!!

Had a very pleasant experience with Acuity Builders. We hired them to remove & replace drywall in the garage that was badly damaged after a roof leak. They coordinated with our schedule, their worker was prompt and hard working, and they finished the project quickly. Everything was taken care of professionally, and they even helped us by providing extra documentation to our insurance company. Would be happy to use their services again, they did a great job.

Good company would recommend them. Good on communication also did very good work.

The people were friendly and the texture on the drywall is a wonderful match to my existing walls but communication was slow & sometimes last minute (texted me at 5am day of to ask if they could start my job). Contractors left drywall chunks and dust, floors were not cleaned like we talked about, chunks of insulation were left in my garage.

We had a very positive experience working with Acuity Builders to restore our family room and office. Our project manager, Scott, was great - he communicated well throughout the process and ensured the project was completed in a timely manner. The back office staff was also extremely helpful, working closely with our insurance company and keeping us informed every step of the way. We're very satisfied with the work Acuity Builders did for us.

They were amazing to work with. They made me feel at ease during this difficult time. Our entire home needed restoration due to water damage. When I recently had concerns about something, they came out that same day to assess. This was even a year after our project had been completed. They really want to keep their customers happy. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

Acuity Builders did a great job on our Kitchen/Dining/Family room remodel. We did the remodel due to water damage from a broken sink drain. Acuity was expert in dealing with the insurance company and by very careful measuring and attention to detail was able to document increased quantities and previously overlooked items that caused the insurance company to increase their payout. Once the insurance company authorized payment Acuity was quickly on the job. They provided guidance in the selection of materials and directed us to reliable suppliers for the selection. They even went countertop and flooring shopping with us which was very helpful and efficient. The job was then completed beautifully and in very good time without waiting periods other than brief periods for delivery. The remodel involved kitchen plumbing, cabinet installation, drywall installation, removal of existing wallpaper and paneling, skimming, texturing and painting the exposed drywall. Also vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the area and light fixtures were replaced, and a new power line was run for a wall mount microwave. If we saw any detail we wanted worked on the request was done with a helpful attitude. The results are beautiful and we are very pleased with the work and the experience.

What a great contractor! The team was fantastic, from the office to the folks coming day to day to work at our home. No complaints, excited to use them for future projects. Our bathroom looks fantastic and beat all our expectations. Scott, our project manager, and Jose, who did a majority of the work, were both truly great.
