I did business with Servpro approximately 3 years ago. After the job was done there was about $650 left that was owed to Servpro. This $650 was considered “depreciation” to be paid by my insurance company. I have had MULTIPLE email and phone conversations with Servpro over the last 3 years and EVERY time they assure me “yes I see this was depreciation to be paid by insurance”. Even after this confirmation I continue to receive collection emails from Servpro for the $650. Thankfully, I’m not opposed to smalls claims court if indeed they do file the collection. While I believe the people I speak with over the phone have good intentions - they obviously are 1) lying to me to get me off the phone 2) too lazy to call insurance from a claim that’s 3 years old 3) inept and unable to update their system.

My insurance company recommended them - they boarded up a broken exterior glass door (break in) with planks and plastic and told me they would follow up with the permanent replacement quote. Follow up call for the quote/options ignored. Today I received an automated voicemail saying they were sending me to collections for the unpaid restoration - which is apparently a sheet of plastic and wood planks? Of course the robocall number doesn't connect to a person or provide any way to refute the threat. I went online to get a number for a human who had the worst attitude. Im willing to live with a boarded up doorway for a bit longer before working with them. But when I tried to close my engagement with them, the payment link they sent didn't work. Do yourself a favor and just don't with this company. Im sending the same feedback to the insurance company (Chubb) that referred them.

Servpro of Phoenix is not a restoration company I would recommend. I am in Utah and I love Servpro here and Servpro in general. That’s why we used Servpro of Phoenix on my in-laws home. My in laws are 86 and 89 years old. They were out of their home for over 3 months and Servpro of Phoenix has still not done everything they said they would do. No communication between departments there or with us. Lots of lip service. Not happy!

Our praise for SERVPRO isn't based on their workmanship, but rather on their integrity. For the past few months there has been a giant dumpster and porta-potty parked right next to our front yard as SERVPRO works on a large remediation project at our neighbor's home. Normally we wouldn't care, but on March 29th our granddaughter was getting married in our back yard! Thanks to the wonderful help of SERVPRO employees Ann and Frances both items were temporarily removed just in time for the Wedding. As we all know, there are very few companies that would render that level of kindness. Thank You SERVPRO! (The Wedding was beautiful.)

We had a disappointing experience with ServPro and ultimately canceled our contract due to poor communication and lack of transparency. Our home was vacant for three weeks. Demolition and air testing were completed during the first week; however, the demolition work was performed by a different company. After that initial activity, no additional progress was made. For a vacant property, the lack of momentum was concerning. We repeatedly asked for clarification on our tile budget and a breakdown of owner add-ons in the estimate. As the projected start date approached, we stil had no clear understanding of our allowances for tile, vanities, and other selections. When we followed up again, the response did not address our questions. At that point, we lost confidence that the project would be managed properly or completed in a timely manner. While we understand there are costs associated with preparing an estimate, we felt the 10% cancellation fee was excessive given the limited scope of work performed by ServPro prior to cancellation. We ultimately canceled because we no longer had confidence in the communication, transparency, or timeline. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

WARNING, BEWARE! This company tried to take possession of my house. They hadn't finished the job, they hadn't sent me the total amount due, and they placed a lien on it. They sent it to me by mail. The contractors they have seem like apprentices; they never listen to the customer. They built walls where you can see the difference between the new and old walls. I dealt with Sonia; she has no tact when dealing with customers. They left a hole in the corner of my kitchen. I told them, and they said they would remove it, charge me for removing it, and that they would talk to my insurance company to get it replaced. In short, I would never recommend them. I had a very bad experience.

I am so grateful for the team at Servpro Phoenix. Our house had flooding and I had no idea what I needed to do. Thankfully, Gabbi walked me through it and made sure that everything was taken care of and that there wasn't any mold.
