Kathie and I had a major flooding event at our home on Wednesday, September 16. On referral from our carrier, Kathie contacted Restore Master. Despite the late hour, and the fact that we weren't the only ones contacting Restore Master with flooding events, Al came by to inspect the damage. His team, including Agra, soon arrived. The team set up an air scrubber (mold concern) and dehumidifier. They removed damaged carpeting and baseboard and then let the equipment work before they tackled the demolition portion of the job. Al and Agra completed the demolition in several hours over two days and their work was excellent. They protected all of our home, moved furniture for us, and left our damaged room clean and dry. Al and Agra are professional, friendly, and excellent at their work. Throughout the project, Al addressed all our concerns and answered all our questions and always asked if we had any additional questions. They are great representatives for Restore Master.

Highly recommended. From the beginning to finish everything was done professionally and on time. Steve Cotney and his entire crew kept me informed on what they were doing and made sure it was done correctly. Most impressive was how they don’t cut corners to save on cost or time. They kept me informed on the next step so I knew what to expect. Before the last crew left after completion they had me make sure they didn’t miss anything. I would recommend to anyone that’s not sure who to hire ( I had a water pipe break).

The owner, Nasur Curi, came over and provided a health check inside the house to see if there are any potential damages on my ceiling after the storm that happened a few weeks ago. He was very thorough and fortunately, there was no damage. He will be sending his roofer to check on the roof damage and provide an estimate.
