Kyle and Jen were very professional.Every question I asked was answered without hesitation or avoidance. My home was well maintained and orderly as they set up their equipment. There was follow up calls daily and drop bys as needed. Clean up and removal was exceptionally done nothing left behind. Great Job!!!

I needed my house to be dried out after a pipe leak. The crew did a good job and provided a reasonable estimate. When the final bill was prepared it was 40% higher than the estimate. No reasonable explanation was given.

From the initial claim to moving back in, the entire process took just two months—much faster than we expected, especially with water mitigation, full dry-out, and rebuild included. Their team handled extensive drywall repair throughout the house, replaced all flooring across our 1,600+ sq ft space, and completed several additional repairs with care and precision. They were efficient, punctual, and highly involved from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Our lead contractor, Eriq Olsen, was exceptional. He answered every question thoroughly and ensured all communication with the insurance company went smoothly. He even made a point to be on-site when the insurance inspector visited, which helped keep everything aligned and moving forward without delays. What stood out most was their integrity. Jenkins Restorations did much more than a simple rebuild of the damaged areas of my bathroom. It seems more like a renovation than a mere restoration. I am extremely happy with both the finished product and the people at Jenkins; Jim Green, the project manager, Richard, another manager, and Scott, who expertly and prolifically did the rebuild. They were all so respectful of me and my home, conscientious, highly competent, and personable. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

I was handling a house flood issue for a family member and we had Jenkins come out for mitigation. I was contacted by project manager Alex, who told me when the Jenkins crew would arrive to start work the next day. I received a call thirty minutes prior to the crews’ arrival to let me know they were on the way. Brian arrived and immediately went to work assessing the damage, taking pictures and notes. The rest of Brian’s team arrived shortly thereafter and went right to work. This was a multiple-day process and Brian and his team were amazing. I was kept informed every step of the way. Brian and his crew were prompt, professional, hard working, communicative and had a great sense of humor. I would definitely recommend Jenkins to family and friends and will be contacting Alex if I ever have a similar issue. Thanks again to my Jenkins crew: Brian, Isabel, Juan and Cody, you guys (and gal) were great!
