Restoration 1 has been such a joy to work with! We had a sudden leak of our dishwasher in our kitchen and this team handled it quickly and effectively. Brandi was very kind, knowledgeable, and helped get the restoration team out as soon as possible. Jorge managed the project perfectly with effective scheduling, prompt and frequent communication with me and professional communication with the insurance company. I was thankful that Juan and Justin could come out that day to get the process started. Jake, along with Justin and Eddy, performed the main duties of the restoration. Jake and his team were very professional, they worked quickly and were really respectful of the fact that our kids are here at home while they performed the job, as we homeschool our children. Everyone on the team was very easy to talk to, explained things well and helped me make the informed decisions. I would definitely recommend the Restoration 1 team to another homeowner because they made a tough situation much easier for me to navigate.

Jake, Eddie, Justin Brandy and Jorge were absolutely phenomenal. Their communication is top tier, as well as their wonderful attitudes. We knew we were in good hands, and they did everything they could to make the experience as stress free as possible. Brandy was also very kind, and even was able to get us in contact with a moving company to help with storing furniture for the time being. She and the rest of the team definitely saved us a headache and a half. If you ever have water, fire or mold damage I would definitely recommend these guys!

We had a leak in one of our kitchen walls and Restoration One came out the same day we discovered the leak. Brandy explained how the whole demo and dry out process works. She put us in contact with our team (Jorge, Jake, Eddy, and Justin). The team came out the next day and began work. Jorge and Jake kept in constant contact to make sure things were moving a long. The entire process was extremely seamless. We are very thankful for Restoration One and their amazing service!
