New Our townhouse is located in historic area in NYC . The exterior bricks were more than 100 years old . Mik provided us a thorough inspection report and then a reasonable estimate. Even though his price was little higher than other three estimates but we went with him because of the professionalism and past similar work experience. The work required replacement of window lintels ,window sills ,cracked bricks that needed replacement. The final outcome was really good. The workers delivered quality workmanship and great customer satisfaction. Each day workers came on time and finished on time . The work was kept cleared from any debris at the end of each day . I would hire Milestone again if I need to .

New I hired Mik and his team for a substantial restoration of my historic Tudor home, including replacing nearly all the steel lintels, extensive masonry repairs, and rebuilding the roof above the front entrance. I'm very pleased with both the results and the overall experience. Mik stood out from the beginning for his professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to take responsibility for the work. His crew was hardworking, courteous, and efficient, and took great care to protect the property and landscaping. Whenever I raised a concern or requested an adjustment, Mik addressed it promptly and without unnecessary complications. Preserving the home's historic character was important to me, and Mik was remarkably accommodating, even personally making long trips to a specialty supplier to obtain the exact reclaimed bricks and lime mortar I wanted. The standout achievement was the front entrance (see photos). The project involved carefully removing an extremely heavy slate portico and travertine columns intact so I could sell them, then rebuilding the entrance roof to restore the home's original appearance. Several other contractors considered the removal impractical or impossible, but Mik's team pulled it off beautifully, even helping load the salvaged materials for the buyer. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. For anyone undertaking a substantial restoration, I'd encourage you to research your materials, stay involved, and communicate your expectations. Mik was consistently receptive and willing to work with me to get things right. Reliable, accountable contractors aren't easy to find. I'd happily recommend Mik and his team and will work with them again.

New Solid masonry work. Straightforward discussion about the work that needed to be done. Team was very professional and thorough repairing stucco, repointing brickwork, and replacing lintels. After lintel was replaced, fully replaced capping over window. Along with patchwork to roof that I wasn't aware of, completely satisfied with everything done by milestone and their team. Milestone Restorstion was able to come to my house and fix the pointing on my brick house and replace a lintel. The best part is I called them at noon on a Tuesday. They came and gave an estimate by 5:00 and were working by 8 AM the next morning. The job was completed and cleaned up by 1:00 the next day and they even filled in some extra mortar around my home where some holes had developed. Fantastic job from a very profess team. Thank you

I hired Milestone Restoration Inc. when bricks started falling from the roof of our townhome causing a domino effect. I was concerned there could be a serious problem with the second floor of the building, and that another big stone could fall damaging the AC installed underneath. I called at least seven different companies including my own contractor who not only increased the scope of the work but the budget. However, Milestone Restoration Inc. told us exactly what the problem was, offering a reasonable price and plan. Based on the photographs I shared, the company assured us that more bricks will not fall even though it was going to rain. No bricks fell. And the problem seemed to be exactly what the company shared with us. The damage to the building was external. The workers safely removed all the damaged bricks, repaired all masonry cracks, and made the wall good as new — all within two days. They left the premises tidy and even chopped off the branch of a tree growing into the house. I will confidently hire Milestone Restoration Inc. for all future projects.

The guys or I would say the mason masters are extraordinarily talented ,neat and organized at Milestone restoration. Every details were thoroughly checked while laying bricks on our three floor condo property . The side brick walls of our building were a constant leak problem for years . I hired Mik and his guys for exterior masonry and waterproofing work on my condo, including brick repointing, installing a waterproofing membrane, and replacing lintels. After shopping around multiple contractors for their solution for my leaky windows, I am glad I went with Milestone Restoration and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The pricing was fair but the quality of the work was well worth the price. The job was done quickly but without cutting corners. Since the job was completed, my windows have completely stopped leaking, which was the main issue I needed fixed. On top of that, the crew was genuinely helpful and professional - one of the guys even helped me drill a quick hole for something unrelated to the job, without hesitation. Great workmanship, fair pricing, and solid customer service. I would absolutely hire them again the next time I need masonry or waterproofing work done.

Mik is a very professional and nice guy who sticks by his and his team’s work and will answer all of your questions and concerns. I contracted Milestone to replace two original 85 yr old window lintels when I noticed some condensation and wet ceiling spots inside near the window after a storm (those lintels did have a great run). If you have seen this in your home and you can rule out the roof - mine was recently redone - it’s most likely the lintels, just FYI. His team of three did very neat work and matched up the bricks well so it’s hard to even notice they were recently replaced, especially after 24 hrs of drying. The guys even addressed some masonry cracks I hadn’t noticed and did so without any up-charges. I was so pleased with the work, I gave them a tip which they weren’t expecting, but rewarding folks for going above and beyond always feels right. I will not hesitate to reach out to them next time I need future brick work. Some photos attached of the before and after plus the rotted lintel and new ones. These guys really delivered and at a fair price for the quality of work done. PS: PRO TIP - if you have very old windows like mine that may not be airtight (I’m a sucker for the OG iron look so I can’t quit them) I strongly suggest removing anything from the inside windowsills. This work will kick up a lot of dust on outside and inside, so plan accordingly!
