Reasonable price We recently had our kitchen backsplash tiled by Impressive Restoration. It was truly one of the best experiences we have had working with a contractor! Leo was communicative and reliable, and the finished project looked great. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Impressive Restoration to others! Services Service not listed

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a minute to say how happy we are with our bathroom renovations. Leo and his team did an awesome job gutting and redoing both our full and mini-half bathrooms. Everything was finished quickly, neatly, and even ahead of the original three-week timeline. Leo was great to work with — really communicative and responsive from start to finish. He listened to our concerns (especially about waterproofing and replacing the old, leaking pipes and drains) and made sure everything was done right. When the plumber installed some pipes the wrong way for the radiator, Leo caught it and had it fixed right away. He and his team also went above and beyond. While gutting the space, they found a small gas leak from an old pipe in our 100+ year-old house and took care of it right away at no extra cost. And after everything was done, Leo even helped us return some extra boxes of tile since we don’t have a car — which we really appreciated. We’re super happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Leo for any renovation work! We’re looking forward to working with him again! Services Bathroom remodeling

Leo and his crew were professional experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with small Brooklyn bathroom renovations. Leo explained every step through the 10 day process. His advice for some of our choices was excellent. He didn’t rush the renovation. The crew came on time everyday and protected as best they could my property. Would highly recommend them for any project you need done without hesitation. I have a few more projects and Leo will be my contractor!

Due to a leak coming somewhere from under my shower and into the wall below, I needed to tear out my existing shower kit and replace it entirely. Leo and his team did a great job from beginning to end. My main concern was waterproofing and Leo's team did a great job installing the concrete board and the waterproofing seal. His tile installer is quite excellent, too. I will definitely use Impressive Restoration again and will heartily recommend him and his fine attention to detail.

Highly recommend Impressive Restoration. Leo and his team do great work. Throughout the entire process, Leo was very communicative and flexible as we made adjustments to the initial scope of work. He was very upfront on additional costs for incremental work and didn't hide costs. The team went above and beyond and we definitely would like to work with them on future projects. They also were able to set work quickly and complete the work in a timely manner.

Leo at Impressive Restoration has been our go to contractor for our old home in Brooklyn for the last 4 years. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He and the team are incredibly talented, professional, helpful and kind and will always make sure a job is completed fully. They have helped us with bathroom, renovations, kitchen touch ups, plumbling issues, heating issues, and many odds and ends around the house. Not to mention a burst pipe in the middle of winter! Leo also has a great network of other professionals and is always able to recommend someone trustworthy for work that is out of his scope. Amazing to work with and beyond trustworthy.

I’ve worked with Impressive Restoration on numerous renovation projects across a few properties I own, and I can confidently say they are one of the most consistent and reliable contractors I’ve ever hired. Their responsiveness is unmatched—they’re always available to communicate, provide updates, and troubleshoot when needed. Leo is AMAZING! He really cares that his clients are happy. What sets them apart is their professionalism: no attitude, no excuses—just solid, timely work done to my measure of perfection. Their pricing is always fair, and they’ve never wavered in delivering quality workmanship. Whether it’s a small upgrade or a full-scale renovation, they show up prepared and follow through to completion. Impressive Restoration has earned my full trust and continued business. Highly recommended.

The owners of the company are very polite, professional and understanding. I was able to get my bathroom's ceiling fixed the next day after the conversation with Leo. The worker performed a quality work and was very accommodating too. By the end of the day everything was completed and more :)

I would highly recommend avoiding Impressive Restoration. My experience was awful! Leo the owner, is nothing but a scammer. He took my money but didn’t follow through with the work. I had trouble getting in touch with him, and the service I received was subpar at best. Save yourself the headache and find a more trustworthy company!

I am absolutely thrilled with my bathroom remodel, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire process. My previous bathroom had a bathtub, which I didn’t enjoy at all since I mostly take showers, and I would often hit my legs and get bruises. I also wanted to add a washer and dryer combo, but I still wanted to keep my dishwasher. I was struggling to find a company that could bring my vision to life, but then I found Impressive Restoration, and they exceeded all my expectations. Leo, the project manager, was fantastic from start to finish. He was so kind and attentive, and he really took the time to explain every step of the process. I felt informed and confident the entire time. One of the most challenging aspects was picking out the perfect tiles, but Leo took the reins on this and found a beautiful tile that matched everything perfectly. He really did an amazing job in making sure everything fit my style. The new layout is perfect! I have plenty of room for the washer/dryer combo and still have space for my dishwasher. The whole remodel feels fresh, modern, and functional – exactly what I wanted. If I ever decide to remodel any other part of my home, I will definitely choose Impressive Restoration again. Leo and his team are true professionals, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

Our building was built in 1910 and has seen its fair share of contractors. In the past contractors almost seemed like salesmen there to sell you on a price and a promise. They would guarantee good work but then would disappear as the project was ultimately completed by their hires without check. I knew Leo was different the first time we met when he said he loved what he does and that he took pride in his work. He proved himself time and time again throughout our complete bathroom reno, showing up in person himself to talk through his team, to check on progress , to handle things himself. He truly cared about doing our project well. We could not be happier with how our bathroom turned out. Leo will be our contractor for any future projects we have as long as he’ll take us!

Leo was very easy to communicate with. Although his quote was the highest one I received for painting my gate, he offered to fix it as well; it never closed. He also is licensed and insured. He then added value by offering to paint my cellar door at no extra labor cost. Unfortunately the paint store I visited was busy and unhelpful, and I ended up with the wrong shade of paint. Here again, Leo was generous and understanding and offered to send someone out to repaint it. He did so in a timely manner. Both workers were hardworking and respectful and cleaned up after well. The pictures show before and after the job, which turned out well.
