If it were possible, I would give these guys 0 stars…Unfortunately I had a homeowners insurance claim after discovering a burst pipe. This servpro team was extremely responsive when it came to performing the water remediation and drying, but has been completely unresponsive for nearly 3 weeks when it comes to the reconstruction. They haven’t responded to multiple phone calls, my insurance adjuster can’t get in contact with them, and when you call the office “no one is ever there”…Use them at your own risk, they are HORRIBLE. They are so incompetent, slowed drying process

This company came to my building and did a poor job with remediation. They were very slow to setup their machinery. The individuals that came did not speak English and had to call someone to translate to Spanish. A pipe burst on my floor and they did not properly remediate. Their drying equipment was not placed intelligently. They were slow in placing it. The result is more damage and work that could have been avoided with more coordinated remediation. I would not use this company. Most of these reviews appear to be illegitimate as well. Here is how they remediated this significant damage.

Mr James Martinez project manager was very responsive in customer service and willing to take and answer my families' calls or texts at any time; even after business hrs, he is a very hard worker!! When we needed the information the most James was there!!! And the removal service workers were A1, 7 STARS WHO GOT ALL THE ITEMS OUT OUR BASEMENT IN JUST A FEW HOURS OR LESS THAN ONE DAY!
