Not sure Servepro of Central Manhattan did a great job drying up our wood floors after a leak. They responded very quickly. Our technician was Nick, and he was excellent: very friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained each step and returned repeatedly throughout the process to check on progress and adjust the equipment. Some of the equipment wasn’t working correctly at first (otherwise I would have given 5 stars). But Nick swapped that out and got the job done properly. Prompt service, they were in and out in about a half hour. Harold set up all the equipment in my basement to dry it out after it flooded from the rain and also disinfected the floors and walls leaving it smelling much better.

My 81-year-old Mother's upstairs neighbor put in a water line to the refrigerator ice maker. It broke underneath the kitchen tiles. My Mother's entire kitchen ceiling collapsed and everything was destroyed. Marcel Viera at SERVPRO and his teams did an outstanding job in all facets of the renovation. Marcel's workers were kind and got right to work every day they came. The workers are meticulous craftsmen. Our house flooded and the insurance company sent Eddy from ServPro to remediate. He was helpful from start to finish, walking us through the process, and keeping us calm the entire time. His team was quick and efficient in getting fans annd dehumidifiers spread throughout the house and in taking down ceilings and walls damaged by the flood. He kept the work areas sectioned off from the rest of the house and he did not leave any mess once he was done. Eddy was a professional and I highly recommend him and his team if you’re going through a similar loss.
