I highly recommend Local Roots AC and Plumbing. I contacted several AC installers when my 4 ton Lennox unit was having difficulty keeping up with it's 15th Arizona summer, but Local Roots was the first and only installer to get back to me. I had previously met the owner when Local Roots installed two units in my fiance's home a couple of months earlier. The following Monday, Eric Valentine came over and determined that I should have had a 5 ton unit all along and gave me an estimate. Less than a week later, a new variable speed Trane 5 ton heat pump was installed by Cory Guerrero and Jordan Simpson, who literally rebuilt the plumbing and wiring in addition to installing the unit in a single day. I was initially surprised, but within a week, Dave Holland came over to check the installation and to confirm that the unit was working properly. Unfortunately, an error code on the thermostat indicated that the unit required inspection a couple of weeks later, and Nebija came the same day I called. He determined that one of the sensors was the problem, and within two days he returned and replaced all of them. Throughout this experience, we had some of the coolest days of the summer, but Local Roots did the job so quickly and efficiently, I doubt if I would have noticed if they had been the hottest. All of the technicians were knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure to have in my home.

Dave was fabulous. He removed all the filter grills and cleaned them. I had had the roof refinished and the drain was replaced incorrectly. Dave corrected it during his maintenance call. Great experience. Best experience with Dave and Local Roots. I recommend them highly.

My AC went out at 9pm, and Local Roots was there the next morning to fix it. The technicians - Ideal and Finnegan - were very professional and helpful and repaired my AC swiftly in the peak summer heat of AZ. *Update to my review. I had a second part of my AC go out about 6 weeks after my initial review. The owner went above and beyond to procure the part needed so that my AC could be repaired swiftly. Ideal, the same tech from before, did the install and repair for us. Again, 5 star service from the Local Roots team.

We had been having frequent issues with our older unit and Local Roots was very responsive and quick to get out to our home and get it fixed and working each time. Unfortunately the unit was nearing the end of its life and would continue to need fixes so we decided to invest a brand new unit. While that unit turned out to be defective from the manufacturer, Local Roots was quick to investigate, identify that, and replace it, and went and above and beyond to make sure it ran as efficiently as possible. Ultimately they made a difficult situation a smooth as I think they could have. All the different technicians were great, but Ideal probably visited our home the most and was especially helpful, always taking extra care to explain and make sure I understood what was wrong and what my options were. I will continue to work with them and would recommend them.

I had a great experience with both AC & Plumbing techs that were sent out (separate appointments, same day). Booking the services was quick and easy with a phone call, and they were able to come out same day. Don arrived first to address my plumbing issue, and quickly & efficiently replaced a leaking hose bib after giving me a quote. He also took a look and quoted some other issues that I’ll consider for a later time. Overall he was in & out in less than 30 minutes. John showed up after to take a look at my leaking AC unit. He quickly found the problem and cleared the clogged drain line, explaining throughout what had caused the problem and steps I might want to take to avoid future problems. He flushed plenty of water through to determine everything was functioning 100% again. He was extremely thorough and pleasant to talk to. I will 100% use Local Roots again for AC & Plumbing needs, and will likely sign up for their VIP Service Plan which seems to cover quite a lot for $200/year

It was a pleasure to have Don work on my toilet issue. He was truthful and honest because we couldn't see the exact issue but he gave me two quotes to cover all bases. Once I had them I decided to proceed. Unfortunately for me it ended up being the higher quote but it had too be done. Don went to acquired the correct parts and was able to complete the project the same day. I would definitely give it 5 🌟. If you haven't used Local Roots I highly recommend them for Plumbing and HVAC. GREAT COMPANY
