The company was dispatched by my home warranty company to repair my toilet. It wasn’t shutting off and one flush didn’t do the job. They fixed the first problem and didn’t fix the other. We were out of town and the 30 day warranty had expired when I asked them to come back out and they required me to open and pay for a new visit. They wouldn’t stand behind their work. They left the float such that it leaves the water low so it doesn’t have the required power to get the job done. I would absolutely not recommend this plumbing company. They are unresponsive to my calls.

When we had to get our roof replaced, the company we used cut the power line to our water heater. Diego was very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet getting everything sorted out for us. However, when my grandma called for an update on the part we ordered, the man who returned her call (NOT Diego)was rude and unprofessional. We didn't get his name but it's definitely not cool to yell at an elderly woman until she cries.

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone. I was actually speaking to the boss of the company and he just talks over you. He reports to your warranty company that the issue is fixed when it’s not fixed. Why would I need a new toilet if it was fixed by CNJ? He’s completely rude and will not listen to anything that you ask. He makes no sense and you can’t even understand what he’s saying.

The guy that came to my house was so rude when I was explaining my concerns to him, he wouldn’t let me finish expressing my concerns with how he was completing my project. I called the office manager and the “manager” was 2x worse! He was incompetent and couldn’t “understand” why I was asking about the broken piece of drywall his employee was using to replace a hole in my wall. If you use them, good luck, tread lightly - wouldn’t use again. Did a medicore job (Nikos).

Been a customer for a number of years and always had great service. I recently had a water leak in the kitchen. CNJ quickly sent out Diego to diagnose the problem which was very appreciated. Had a leak in the wall. They sent another company to demo the area. Then CNJ again quickly sent out Diego to repair the leak. Diego was very professional and knowledgeable. He also noticed another problem that he came back a couple of days later to fix while the drywall was still down. This saved a problem down the road. Thanks CNJ and Diego!

We had a problem with our hot water tank that needed prompt attention. CJN was able to get a tech out the day we called to schedule an appointment. Diego did an excellent job diagnosing the problem (deteriorated anode rods) got the part ordered and was back the next day. We also had problems with two faucets in our bathroom sinks. Diego fixed one when he was here and they had to contact Delta for parts on the other one. Delta originally told them that faucet was discontinued - so too bad. CNJ refused to accept this answer and escalated it to a Delta supervisor. They persisted until Delta found the repair parts even though the line was discontinued. They are prompt, knowledgeable, professional and go the extra mile. We've used them before and they are "5 Stars". Lee B

Technician Diego came by today in the scheduled time frame, and did an excellent job fixing my broken pipe bib. Highly recommend him and CNJ services from the moment that reached out to the office through my home warranty to the interaction with Diego. He made sure to ensure that everything worked correctly and no leaks before he left. Great overall service. Thank you Diego!

This companey is a scammer.They installed a brand new water softener and every day has problems. He is asking $49.99 every time he wants to come and check it out and they don’t do anything. The guy who is answering the phone is the owner and he is super rude. Never recommend this scammer to anyone.

I called CNJ late Sunday evening for a clogged main drain at my home. They were responsive and were able to be out the next morning. Costa in the office was amazing with communicating when they would be out and followed up after the job. Dino was the plumber dispatched to my home. He was professional and was able to resolve our plumbing issue quickly. The owner even stopped by to make sure the job was going smoothly. I can't thank CNJ enough for helping me out.

American Home Shield sent this company to check out our leaking water heater. The so called tech took pictures of the water & electrical lines & informed us there’s probably gonna be additional costs. My husband questioned him on what costs. He said there’d be modifications that would be needed in order to install the new water heater. My husband who’s late father was a plumber, told him there was no modifications needed. AHS sided with this unscrupulous company & it would be $853.00 out of pocket. We had no choice but to take the lowball cash out from AHS & told CNJ they are nothing but a scam & we’ll be spreading the word to anyone and everyone. Looking at their reviews it’s obvious they use unnecessary modifications as part of their scam.

I was assigned CNJ through my home warranty company. Had the warranty for 18 years and you never know what you are going to get as they assign you contractors randomly. I can say this company was responsive and flexible with scheduling. I did have some out of pocket costs that was not covered by the home warranty and they are reasonably priced. I am saving their info in case I need a plumber outside of my home warranty. Thank you!
