Talk about great service!! I’m beyond happy with Mr.Lou’s work. The gentleman has phenomenal work ethic. Not only did he do the job good but fast as well. My appointment was scheduled anywhere from 12pm-2pm and he gets here earlier than that. Very nice work brother!!! Oh and not to mention warranty on the job and parts 👍🏼. Clogged main drain at our Tempe property had been getting progressively worse over three weeks until every drain in the house was affected. Chris came out the same evening we called, cleared the main line using the hydro jet given the extent of the grease and debris buildup and ran the camera after to confirm the line was fully open. The flat rate for the hydro jet service was given before starting and the invoice matched.

2021 - We feel incredibly fortunate to have come across the Pink Plumbing & Sewer for our recent plumbing needs; their customer service can only be measured as mountains above the competition. Our experience with the team started when we were preparing to sell our last home and needed to have some general plumbing repairs done throughout the house. Lou came to our rescue and patiently worked with us ALL DAY as nearly every thing we needed to have done ended up turning into a way bigger problem (prior owners of the house did a lot of really bad renovation work). Then we moved to our new home (yay!). I emailed the owners a rundown of what needed to be completed based on the home inspection report and Lou came to our rescue again. Lou worked for nearly 2 full days to get everything done while wearing a mask. Despite the many twists/turns in the repairs, he always kept a positive attitude and involved us in decision-making by clearly outlining options (and any associated risks). Sewer repair was not done properly by Adam, who failed to clearly explain the camera footage before providing the quote. The final invoice did not match the quoted price, and the line continued to have problems afterward. Multiple follow-ups were needed, making the entire experience frustrating and disappointing.

I broke the cardinal rule of working with anything plumbing related on a weekend. Not an emergency but I contacted them on a Sunday, immediately the owner responded to my surprise as I was not expecting to hear back until Monday at the earliest. Adam came out , explained what the repair process would involve, communicated the whole way through when I had questions. Adam was very confident and immediately knew what to do. Price was around what I expected for my repair. Thank you.

Called and was able to get service the next day. The two gentleman who arrived at our home were pleasant and friendly - got to work right away and the cost was reasonable. They worked hard to help with our problem and were thorough. We've found it's hard to find good plumbers that you can rely on and won't overcharge, but honestly... Pink is going to be our go-to with service like they just offered. Would absolutely recommend to others!

Lou and Anthony came to my rescue for the second time today as I had a leak in my wall that was not a DYI project. They not only repaired the pipe but upgraded my pressure vacuum for the pool that was not up to code. They are always polite and friendly . The company along with Lou and Anthony always give honest and reasonable estimates and follow with excellent service. I can say they have stood behind their work and would highly recommend them. Their prices are so competitive and their work ethics it's an easy choice .

Fantastic service. I had a problem with my basement sump pump/pit. A rarity in the Phoenix area. Another plumber showed up and was not familiar with the system. Their company couldn’t do the work. Called Pink. Fast response. Knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix. Great value/price for the repair. Great results. Ill call Pink first for any of my future plumbing problems.

The quality of the work was fine, zero complaints. The thing to keep in mind, is that this is a Flat Rate company. So it does not matter if you did 85% of the work before the tech showed up, you will be charged as if they did all the work. We did need to get our kitchen sink up and running, but charging $450 for less than an hours' worth of work seems steep.

What an experience!! From the time I communicated with pink plumbing and sewer to the time they arrived was an incredible journey. I was constantly updated, and the two guys that arrived (Anthony and Lou) were professional and extremely courteous. I knew I had the right plumbing services when they put booties on before they came into our house. Their expertise, professionalism and courtesy or well above any bar. This is the place you just go to first, don’t waste your time looking for plumbing services, this company is affordable and responsive. I am a very picky person when it comes to doing something in my house that I seem to be able to do by myself. These guys are your “Ace” card in a deck. Thank you Lou and Anthony🤙

I should have done this a year ago, but sometimes it’s a good idea to wait a year to make sure that the work done was really well done. I had a sewerline breach and they had to replace the 60s foot section that ran onto the alley. I talked to five different places before I landed on Pink Plumbing. Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn’t leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. If I need a plumber again (and I’m sure I will) I’m calling Pink Plumbing.

I called at 6:30 AM and received an appointment for 2:00. My water heater needed to be replaced. The location of my gas heater is a VERY difficult location to work on. Service tech Adam diagnosed the problem, picked up the new heater, and replaced it. All of which happened on a late Friday afternoon. The only part I am unsure of for my experience is the cost. It seems high, but that is on me.

Pink Plumbing was so great! The original tech was going to be late so another tech was routed to help me. I appreciate them respecting my time! Lou and Anthony were so great! They not only addressed the problem, they super tested everything out after to make sure we were good to go! They were professional and courteous. I will, of course, use Pink Plumbing in the future! Lou and Anthony were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. I had a major leak in a water heater that was 8 years old and needed to be replaced. They were able to remove the old unit and install the new water heater quickly and at a great price. They then walked me through some extra care tips that will extend the use of the new water heater beyond the typical lifespan of the unit. I would highly recommend Lou and Anthony and Pink Plumbing in general!

Jason arrived to my home just after 11am, which is on time with the window I was given over the weekend. Our garbage disposal was jammed and he not only walked me through the process to fix it, but was very informative, kind, and overall a stellar representative of his company.
