Adam did my water heater replacement and was great. He wasn’t pushy, gave me options of buying the unit from him or buying my own & just having him install it, & told me how to make this unit last longer than my previous one and was able to replace it within a few hours of me calling.

Initially scheduled a morning appointment that the scheduling person completely forgot to add into schedule so I sat there for hours waiting and no one showed. I did speak to a manager later who corrected the issue, had Chad come back out that afternoon and finish up report.

Our ancient home AC finally died, but two days later, Jesse James and Chad were outside with a crane to replace it! Fast service, and a clean job done well. The new AC unit installed quickly and Jesse wouldn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied with the work (which of course we were!)

Seth came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He gave me what I felt was an honest quote. And advised what was needed. This company also does hvac, and I feel like I can eliminate the other numbers in my phone and depend on this company. I will feel confident referring all of my friends to rapid rooter plumbing. Nice to know there are still ethical companies, and family owned is a bonus. Thank you. Seth was a great representative for your company!

We were told that our water pressure valve may need replaced (costing $800+)by a non-plumbing expert that came to replace our R/O filters. We called Rapid Rooter …Seth came and ran his test, and was able to adjust the pressure valve without having to replace it saving us a lot of money. Putting the customer first seems to be the way Rapid Rooter does business. We will be using them for all plumbing and future water filter needs.

We called to have our heat pump checked due to it not cooling on July 22nd. Jesse came out the same day and checked the system out. He added refrigerant to the unit and adjusted Our blower motor. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He suggested doing a leak test due to the amount of refrigerant needed. Today Jesse came back to run the dye in the system. I have used Rapid Rooter for plumbing as well. I highly recommend them.
