These would have to be some of the nicest and most professional guys going around! We had a huge water leak under the slab just before our daughter’s sixth birthday party, with lots of people expected over for the weekend. They came out on a Friday afternoon and worked tirelessly to get the job done, even staying until everything was sorted and we were out of trouble. They were reasonably priced, incredibly professional, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. They came back on Monday to finish things off, and throughout the whole process they were just fantastic to deal with. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Great service, great workmanship, and genuinely great people. Thank you so much!

I just want to take a moment to give John Olivarria from Accent Plumbing the recognition he deserves! John has been out to our home several times, and every single time he has been respectful, kind, patient, and courteous. He really goes above and beyond to help, and we truly appreciate that. John did a great job working on the belly pipe in our backyard and helping us with our plumbing issues, including our toilets flooding and our tub backing up. He came back several times to make sure things were taken care of, and he even fixed the chain in our bathroom toilet while he was here. Not only is John a genuinely nice person, but he does great work and knows what he’s doing when it comes to plumbing. He takes the time to figure out the problem and actually makes sure the work is done right. We really appreciate everything John has done for us and the way he has treated our family every time he’s come out. We have used Accent Plumbing for many years on several different properties. I have recommended them to family, friends and neighbors, knowing they will treat people right. No hard upsell, just fix what is wrong. The way plumbing service companies used to operate. We recently had some drain issues in our laundry/kitchen line that ended up being a couple of different problems. John fixed them all. He is a very polite, knowledgeable young man that stuck with it on the job until everything was fixed and our drains were running clear again. I appreciate the wonderful service this young man provided and the many years we have been able to reach out to Steve & company for our plumbing needs.

I scheduled a plumbing service with Accent Plumbing after speaking with Jessica on June 2, 2026 for a live leak, and faucet issues. She told me the earliest available appointment was June 7 between 3:00–5:00 p.m. I explained that I had a medical appointment at 3:00 p.m. and would not be available during that window. Jessica then offered June 8 between 1:00–3:00 p.m., which I accepted. On June 7, I unexpectedly received a text at 1:30 p.m. stating that technician Hyrum Hatch was on the way. I didn't see the text until about 1:50 p.m., so I immediately called Accent Plumbing. Jessica answered, and I reminded her that my appointment had been moved to June 8 between 1:00–3:00 p.m. She said she remembered our conversation and that I had been unavailable from 3:00–5:00 p.m. I explained that was exactly why we had rescheduled for the following day. She placed me on hold to contact the technician and then confirmed that we would keep the agreed-upon June 8 appointment between 1:00–3:00 p.m. On June 8, I waited until 2:45 p.m. without receiving any notification that the technician was on the way, so I called Accent Plumbing for an update. Jessica answered again and told me, in a dismissive tone, that the technician would not arrive until 3:00–5:00 p.m. I explained that I had another appointment from 4:00–5:00 p.m. and asked why no one had contacted me to let me know the appointment window had changed. Rather than addressing my concern, she simply repeated multiple times that the technician would arrive between 3:00–5:00 p.m. and eventually offered to reschedule me for Friday. I rescheduled for Friday between 1:00–3:00 p.m., but was then told that the technician still might not arrive until 3:00–5:00 p.m., making the scheduled appointment window essentially meaningless. At this point, it has taken over a week just to get someone scheduled to come to my home. Communication has been poor, appointment windows have not been honored, and I had to repeatedly call the company myself to find out what was happening. If you're scheduling with Accent Plumbing, plan on keeping your entire afternoon open because the appointment window does not appear to be reliable. I was also disappointed with the customer service I received from Jessica. I found her communication to be dismissive and unprofessional, especially when I was simply trying to understand why my scheduled appointment had changed without any notice. I informed Jessica that I would be leaving this review. I ended up going with a whole new plumbing company only based off of Jessica’s extremely poor customer service. UPDATE 07/13/2026: The owner, Steve, personally called me the following Tuesday regarding my review to apologize for how the situation was handled. Before reaching out, he took the time to listen to the phone calls between Jessica and me. He explained that the issue stemmed from a scheduling error on their end that was not properly communicated to me, which ultimately caused the entire situation. Steve also acknowledged that the calls were not handled appropriately and shared that he had addressed the matter with Jessica as a learning opportunity to help ensure a similar situation doesn’t happen again in the future. He also asked if there was anything else he could do to assist me, which I genuinely appreciated. I wanted to update my review because Steve’s willingness to personally investigate the issue, take accountability, and follow up with me speaks volumes about his character and leadership as the owner. While my initial experience was frustrating, I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and his commitment to making things right.

I can't say enough good things about John. Earlier that day, he was tied up on an extensive outdoor plumbing repair, and the office called to let me know my appointment would likely need to be rescheduled until the next day. Since I had already taken time off work, I asked if there was any way someone could still come out that day. After a brief hold, they told me John would make it happen. Looking back, I'm convinced John chose to fit us into his already busy schedule. When John arrived, he apologized for the delay and explained he had been finishing the earlier plumbing job. From that point on, he exceeded every expectation. He repaired our bathtub faucet, found and fixed an issue with the tub spout, unclogged one of our sinks, and even went into the garage on his own to make sure our water heater wasn't leaking. I never asked him to do that, he simply took the initiative because he genuinely cared about doing the job right. What stood out most was that John didn't just fix the problems, he found the root cause. He was thorough, proactive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Before leaving, he even took the time to show me everything he had repaired on his tablet and explained the work that had been completed. John is an exceptional technician and a tremendous asset to your company. Employees like him are hard to find. If anyone deserves to be Employee of the Month—or even Employee of the Year—it's John. Thank you for going above and beyond.

We had a pinhole leak in a water line in the attic. Two friendly young men from Accent camp and repaired it. They were courteous, professional, and communicative. Nick Taggart installed a Grundfos comfort pump so we could get hot water faster to our kitchen sink. He did great work and took the time to explain the features of the device and how to use. He also helped us with low water flow in our faucet - a quick fix and not part of the initial work - but he was professional enough to take the extra step!
