I strongly recommend staying away from Alliance Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Once they received payment, the level of customer service completely changed. The office staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to return calls or provide updates. I felt like I was treated with disrespect rather than as a valued customer. What should have been a straightforward repair quickly turned into being told that my compressor needed to be replaced less than 24 hours after the initial work was completed. Instead of taking the time to explain the situation or address my concerns, I was met with poor communication and a lack of accountability. In my opinion, this company has gone downhill since many of its previous employees left. The professionalism and customer service I expected were simply not there. If you live in Arizona and need plumbing or HVAC services, I recommend doing your research before choosing Alliance. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

If you’re looking for an HVAC company in Arizona, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Alliance Plumbing & HVAC. My experience with this company was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The office staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Once they had my payment, communication practically stopped. Calls weren’t returned, follow-up was nonexistent, and getting answers became nearly impossible. To make matters worse, my A/C was “repaired,” only to fail again in less than 24 hours. I was then told the compressor needed to be replaced. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, I was treated poorly throughout the entire process. Customer service is just as important as the repair itself, and this company failed on both. When you’re dealing with Arizona summer temperatures, you need a company that’s responsive, honest, and stands behind its work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would never recommend Alliance Plumbing & HVAC to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money, and choose a company that values its customers and stands behind its repairs.

Guy driving this van has some serious issues. Guy asked for smokes at a Walgreens...the gentleman behind the counter graciously found the smokes way at the bottom and near the back. They ask for an ID and the guy proceeds to throw a fit ..Bro their point of sale system probably requires the ID in order to proceed with the sale. The guy storms back to his truck leaving his keys and debit card behind....Comes back and tosses his ID at the Walgreens employee...The Alliance Guy was probably in his 50s but acts like an extremely entitled princess.

Dont know which is worst being charged twice for a call because the first guy didnt fix it right or being charged $170 for 2 3 amp fuses.

Hernan came to our building today and actually save the residents quite a few dollars by only replacing the washerwater hook up valves. As a previous plumber came out and told the residents that the 1 1/4 main valve had to be replaced before installing the washing machine valves. Obviously first plumber was up selling the job. (over $500 for valve) Hernan was very professional and honest about what was really the issue. Alliance will definitely recommended to other residents.

This is the company my apartment complex is going to be shopping to replace. They have let us go thru 6 shut offs for repair since May 30. Every time it’s a two hour fix. Two hours, two hours. I get that it can’t get fixed without being off. However, no continuity testing? Just bandaids? I called to find out why? Like it seems like it’s a managerial issue and communication, it seems. They wanna send out a tech. I told them their team was here being ineffective already, moving w no purpose at all. They need help. A tech was supposed to call. It’s been an hour. No call. It’s still 90 degrees in my apartment. Probably call a better company.

Call Alliance Plumbing early morning due to our cooling tower going down. They sent two guys to repair a motor that had burned out Daniel Salcido and Chris Bocanegra. Motor was 12 feet in the air. The guys did an amazing job communicated very well and informed us that they would need a little crane to remove and hoist the new motor up so they left to get the tools they need came right back and got the old motor removed and new one installed with no problem. They were efficient and professional, they insured everything worked properly cleaned their area great guys I highly recommend they did an amazing job. Definitely recommend Alliance Plumbing for any plumbing work, boilers or cooling towers/chillers.

The dental office I work in has had major plumbing issues because of a problem with the city of Chandler water lines. They came out assessed flush the debris from the ch lines. Their crew stayed for hours well beyond what they were planning to get us up and running for the next day they’re here again today with a huge crew. They are hard-working guys(foreman supervisor, and helpers) and they’re just working away diligently to change faucets and Instahots and toilets. Just doing everything they can to get our office back up and running. I’ve been impressed with their crew, all of them have been polite and professional. They’ve cleaned up after themselves. They’re working hard to make good progress and be on time. They ordered parts and showed up on time and just overall it Experience for the office and we’re grateful that they’ve been able to come out and get us up and running. Mike, Doug, Ty, Gary (Mr. Headlamp)…and the helpers too. Thank you!
