Charles does this by listening to the customer and understanding my ideas. If they are not great ideas he will give a better one, and not tell you its wrong. He will not dismiss your complaint. He is very thorough on protecting your home and your repairs. The crew completed the installation in lightning speed, very good at follow-up service, and ensuring the project is to codes and standards. I will be asking for Charles every time.

Our water heater just flat-out died on us, but Custom Plumbing of Arizona came through. The tech showed up fully prepared, figured out the problem fast, and got it repaired right then and there. We haven't had a single issue since. Great service all around.

I would not recommend Custom Plumbing of Arizona based on our experience. We hired Custom Plumbing for a sewer spot repair under a signed $2,900 contract. Before work began, we specifically asked whether they would increase/re-trade the price after excavation started and were assured they knew the scope and the price would not change. After excavation began, they told us the job would now cost $5,000 instead of $2,900. We immediately rejected the increased price, told them we would not pay it, terminated them from the sewer job, and instructed them to stop further sewer work. During their excavation, a line at our property was damaged and our home was left without running water for essentially the entire day, despite our requests to have the water restored. This was especially unacceptable with babies and an elderly family member in the home during Arizona heat. Custom Plumbing never completed the contracted sewer repair. We had to hire another plumber, who ultimately completed the repair for the original quoted price. Despite not completing the repair, Custom Plumbing then sent us an invoice demanding the entire original $2,900 contract price. There was no separately agreed $2,900 excavation charge in our contract, and we never authorized one. We have formally disputed the invoice and filed a complaint. This was an extremely frustrating experience. My biggest concerns are the attempted price increase after excavation had begun, the damage and day-long loss of water service, the failure to complete the contracted repair, and then being billed the full contract price anyway.

GIO was very thorough and replaced the toilet flush valve that I had replaced only two years ago by Parker and Sons. The valve that GIO used looks to be more sturdy. I happy that I don’t have to use a bucket to flush anymore. Custom Plumbing was flexible with the schedule to fit my needs.
