Lincoln AC & Heating Repair responded with proffessional ( but not afraid to laugh ) per phone call for help during March heat wave as AC wen out. A lady (DeAnnea )( spelling) was great.. They followed up with service and got cold air (Ron) the tech was a professional and honorable man worked fast and hard to get immediate cold air with follow up the next morning finishing up... They are now MY FRIENDLY FRIENDS AND MAINTAINERS OF OUR FAMILY HOME...your neighbor ! BILL FRANCIS Jr. K

Hayden was on time, considerate, and took a detailed look at our HVAC unit to diagnose the issues we were having. He not only took care our current issue, but went above and beyond to fix and repair some minor issues we were unaware of and could have turned into major (and costly) issues down the road. Would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with Lincoln Air, their technician was very knowledgeable and we felt that he did an excellent job. We have their twice a year maintenance plan, so they come out and service everything for us, which we feel is a great deal for the price.

My sister experienced an A/C breakdown on Friday 9/25 . We had one company who came and tried to push a 25,000 $ unit which was a shock . The next day we called Lincoln Air and Plumbing and received a prompt visit , an honest eval with an honest recommendation with price to get the unit working the same day . Our service man was Ron Fendrick and he could not of been more pleasant , polite and honest . We would rec this company and service tech . He left the area clean if debtis .

Ron F. of Lincoln Air came to our house to address an air conditioning issue. He was able to provide prompt service, arriving just as scheduled. Not only was he able to fix our air conditioning issue, but he was able to provide alot of useful information on the proper running of the unit. He was a very honest and professional individual, a great representative of Lincoln Air. Appreciate the way the technician took pictures and explained what needed to be done . our attic insulation had shifted around and thinner than we knew. They put the insulation in , took more pictures to show their work. It was great work, well done and we were very satisfied. Lincoln Air & Plumbing does a thorough job in their semi-annual ac inspections! It’s such an excellent program. Each inspector makes recommendations and prioritizes them. They do not pressure you but inform you. Nick was new to us, but we liked him alot—thorough, and patient answering questions and explaining servicing options.
