My complex uses diamond back for our maintenance for our ACs but last night they couldn’t come and fix it because they claim what if the power goes out again which it did not so we had to go the whole night without any AC because diamondback did not want to send anyone out to fix it

I'm a tenant at an apartment property that is being serviced by Diamondback Plumbing. Their service techs named Edgar and German did a fantastic job of replacing and installing a motor device for the A/C unit in my apartment that has very narrow ceiling space. They were knowledgable, professional, and prompt in their service. And I am quite thankful as a result.

I live in an apartment complex. They choose this company to do all the plumbing. Worst mistake they could have ever done. My hot water hasn't worked since Friday 6/12/26. It is now Monday 6/15/26. Still no hot water!!! They have been working on the same project for months!! We were notified they were coming out tonight between 5 pm and 11:59 pm. I feel they just put a bandaid on the problem so they can make more money off my apt complex. Never hire them!! And they need to stop calling themselves Diamondback Plumbing!! Our Baseball team is better than this company!!

If you have an issue that you don't want to fix but want to keep throwing money at it, these are your guys. Casa Del Pueblo has contracted them for years to fix the chiller system and somehow things only ever get worse after they work on it. Every time they do work here, my AC and my neighbor's AC as well as others stop cooling. Recently, I kid you not, their solution to a potential leak was to place plastic bags beneath pipes in case those pipes leak to prevent the system from shorting out should if it should get wet. This is stuff you see in cartoons when a ship is sinking and the characters start duck taping the walls. They also covered each compressor on both chillers with trash bags just in case of water leaking through the roof or from pipes. This both a tragedy and a comedy at the same time. According to the HOA and management company of Casa Del Pueblo, these guys are professionals and somehow we have to just accept that. Every summer is the same song and dance with these guys.

Just had to fire my old plumbing company after 7 years - I got an 8K estimate for unecessary work! Diamondback Plumbing came in and solved the problem the NEXT day. The tech (Jason) was super friendly and offered me some great advice going forward. Will DEF call them again to fix my plumbing. Highly reccomend.

Loyal customer that will no longer use this company. Been using them for over 20yrs until now. Was told that the kitchen and bathroom faucet, that I bought myself, would be $650.00 to replace. I get there is new ownership, however price gouging, let alone to long time loyal customers, I'm out. Congratulations, you have lost a long-time customer.

I called to have a kitchen facuet that I provided installed. Was told that the service call was $197.00 got billed for $249 because that is the charge for install a kitchen facuet. I should have been told that when I made the appointment. I would have shopped around. $249 and they were there less than 45minutes. A flat rate is not the best way to keep customers happy. Needless to say I have used them for years but that was my last time. One star is too much but I can't post with no stars

I work for a apartment complex and we have used diamondback for a while now and they are ever professional and knowledgeable no matter if it comes from replacing pipe or having a rooter or jeter work done on your property they will go above and beyond for their customer to do the best job that they can and provide as much information as possible so you feel comfortable in the repairs that need to be made. Also a big shout out to there Field supervisors they are some of the most knowledgeable and well experienced staff that they have and all of their staff are all pleasant and polite when it comes to dealing with people around the property or with staff always a great experience working with diamondback thanks guys keep up the great work.

Unfortunately, I am forced to use this plumbing company by my landlord and would never choose to work with them again if I had a choice. Their lack of professionalism and communication has been awful. They were approved to come on a scheduled day and then failed to communicate if or when they would return. We were left without working toilets for several days, and I had to call their main office myself just to get a vague timeframe, which they then did not honor. They showed up unannounced, including on a Saturday night, without authorization. When my employee arrived the next day, our business had been left in unacceptable condition: mud tracked throughout the studio and smeared all over the bathroom. This is a client-facing business, and leaving a space in that condition is completely unacceptable. They also claimed work had been completed when it had not been and repeatedly showed up without notice. The lack of accountability, communication, and basic respect for a tenant’s business is alarming. Trashing an active business, leaving it dirty, and disrupting operations is not how any professional contractor should operate. I would strongly caution any business owner against using this company if you have a choice.
