I contacted Water Heaters Only, Inc. this morning and within 2 hours they had a technician at our house. Their technician Steven did fantastic job and replaced the water heater and improved some of the connections that needed it. Water Heaters Only, Inc. are the people to call if your water heater fails.

These folks were punctual and professional. The water heater they installed in just a few hours was made in America and since it requires gas, I wanted to be comfortable that the job was top-notch. It was! They took my old water heater away and I was very pleased with everything. I'd highly recommend this company!

Water was coming into our pantry. Water heater was old and needed replacement. Called & they helped to turn heater off and hold us how to drain the heater. They quoted a price & sent out Steve the next day. Steve was amazing. He installed the new unit and explained how the new unit worked. We highly recommend them for all your water heater needs

I called at 1:30pm concerned about a odd noise and leakage from water heater. They sent David who happened to be in the area and by 4:00pm as i write this review David was done. Problem solved. I can’t compare if the price was fair but was reasonable to get the valve replaced after diagnosing the problem. Wish i could do it myself but not interested in troubleshooting a gas furnace

I called Water Heaters Only, Inc. yesterday and they were able to dispatch Steven Lopez to come by to assess my need for a new water heater the next morning. They do not charge for a free estimate unlike a lot of companies. Steven Lopez called to let me know he would arrive within 45 minutes of my earliest scheduled time. He was professional, straight forward, knowledgable and personable. He walked me through the steps that would take place to swap out my old water heater with a new one. He worked efficiently and timely. When he completed he went over everything he had done. I would highly recommend Steven Lopez and Water Heaters Only, Inc.

Called Water Heaters Only starting my quest for a heater replacement. My water heater surprise me with a small water leak. My phone call was answered by a real person who was able to answer all my questions and a estimate based on the information I was able to supply. After our phone conversation I advised her I was going to call some other companies to price check. She was very appreciative and advised me to call back if I had any more questions. After calling other plumbing company's I couldn't get much information just we Will send out a tec to get an estimate. That's not what I wanted just looking for an estimate not a quote. Very frustrating. I called back to Water Heaters Only they sent a service tec to verify replacement cost and start repairs. They arrived within 1hour we agreed on cost and started the replacement. The work was flawless and quick. A real craftsmen some one that really cares about there quality of work and service. I am very confident I called the right company. From the first phone call to completion 4 hours. Thanks again for great work and making my day better.

Exceptional service by Don Schad replacing my old water heater. It's a tricky removal and install due to the tight clearance and a steel pole perfectly in the way. Plus, my setup has a pump to get hot water to the far reaches of the house when desired. Thanks Don!
