I waited a bit over a month to write this review as to make sure that my drain is truly clog free. I’m so happy to report that it still is!!! I had a clog in my main line that two other companies had come out to do a cheap snake to unblock. Both tried to sell me $800-$1200 hydroflush services. Within days of their snaking, the problem came back. I was about to give up and pay the huge fee, but luckily I found Eddys contact. He spoke with me on the phone for over 30 minutes about what he thought was the issue and then told me up front a very reasonable fee and the possibilities for what we may need to do according to what he encountered. He then came and thoroughly snaked the drain, which in the end was all that was needed. And he kindly also adjusted my toilet so that it flushed more water to help avoid this problem in the future. I’m soooooooo grateful for Eddy and the hundreds he saved me. In addition to the stress taken off. Thanks, Eddy! You rule!

I have an old home in Arcadia with an unusual and difficult HVAC condensation drain clog. The drain is located deep under a low platform, and is in the middle of the house. The platform is occupied by air handler equipment and is only a few inches high. Eddy, owner of Universal Drain was able to find a way to get to the drain and clear the clog without expensive reconstruction or removing the heavy installed equipment from the platform. Plus his prices are very reasonable. He is honest, inexpensive, and very skilled.

Amazing! Honest plumbers do exist!!! Highly recommend!! Eddy was fast to respond and come help us! When he arrived he did a quick test and somehow the clog had cleared - he told us this honestly! Eddy with Universal Drain is AMAZING! Our bathroom sink was not draining. Another plumber told us our line had collapsed (meaning we were probably looking at $5,000 worth of work). One of the drains in our yard had become clogged with leaves and debris, causing water to collect near the landscaping during storms. The drainage company cleared the blockage, flushed the line, and checked the surrounding system for additional buildup. The service took about two hours. Compared to before, rainwater drains much more efficiently and the affected area dries significantly faster afterward. I have an older 1960's home that has the old septic system abated in 1998 and 4" ABS installed to code and then inspected by City of Phoenix before the 120'+ sewer yardline to the city street was backfilled. Fast forward almost 30 years later I've been living in the home with my family and letting friends use the home for 14 years as we upgraded tubs, sinks, HVAC, roof, and even the yardline cleanouts out front where additionally added by a local professional plumber by code to the City to resolve a bellied line there. Universal Drain cleaned a laundry run for my tenant recently that is also used by the kitchen sink down stream using the same vent and metal 2" pipe under the homes slab. The small maybe 5' section of 3" cast iron from the original system is where it connects to and the that connects to the 4" ABS 120'+ yardline. I had the entire mainline HydroJetted a few months before universal drain came out. I had the laundry wash box from 1960 removed and upgraded to code by a local licensed plumber but it still continues to backup and overflow on my tenant after the $1500 repair they made. They even said they cleared the line but said they would recommend running a new pipe around the home at an additional cost. Needless to say universal drain ran the line to clear sludge and it's never operated so well until just now about a year later my tenants are putting Fat Oil and Grease making FATBERGS in the mainline causing consistent blockages and it again requires a hydrojet. I'd strongly recommend universal drain for their honest strong work and help with older homes and clogs.

THIS GUY! Amazing! We own a 1940s home with original pipes. Other companies fear mongered us into ALMOST spending thousands of dollars to hydro-jet clogged pipes due to low-flow toilets. If you live in Arcadia Lite, I have a great recommendation for you.. actually if you live anywhere in a house with drains, I would recommend Eddy, the cute guy that is pictured here. Our houses were built for better water flow, not this restricted new stuff that we have to install. Universal drain cleaners will find the clog, un clog it, and advise you how to keep the 1958 technology running smooth!!! I was so impressed with Eddy's talent and knowledge.
