Frank Rojas from ATI got temporary fencing put up and came back to set it upright after strong winds knocked it down, after a vehicle crashed through our back wall. Both actions were after normal business hours. Outstanding customer service. On August 25, Raul and Rosario from Pro Smart Contracting, an ATI subcontractor, rebuilt the wall and did an outstanding job. The wall looks great.

ATI was recommended by our insurance company. We had significant water damage. Our First interaction was with Nathan S and he was very impressive in orchestrating the project intake and scoping. From day 1 the ATI teams showed up with a professional staff, dressed in uniform or similar work clothes. They were first class from mitigation to restoration. they were always easy to work with and committed to giving us a painless experience. The crews were friendly, courteous, respectful, and had good chemistry among themselves. Their crew supervision was tight and methods sound. Our moving crew leader was so detailed that our move in went without incident, about furniture was returned unharmed and put back in place. Our PM, Frank Sorbello was very communicative and solution oriented. He always delivered as promised. Great guy. Our insurance company USAA, the hallmark of the insurance industry, should be happy with using ATI as a contractor.

Horrible management. my insurance company used them to do some restoration work in my kitchen for some water damage. I asked them to give me an estimate for some custom drawers. They said no worries, we already got the insurance company to approve it, so no need for an estimate. Insurance did not approve it, ATI tried to bill $2,500 for two drawers. then the nasty emails started, and no one answers their phone or returns calls. be very careful with this company, they like to use bait and switch.
