New A frustrating experience. I contacted Zoom Drain on Sept. 8 to get an estimate on repair or replacement of the sewage injection pump. They promptly scheduled a visit from a technician/estimator. He was great - he was knowledgeable and offered three different potential solutions. He promised that he would get back with prices in a few days. They’ve ghosted me since. I’ve called them twice to follow up. Each time I was promised that someone would get back to me. Today is October 16, I’ve given up. I can’t offer an opinion on the quality of their work, but if you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, honest and follows through - I suggest you look elsewhere.

New Great price | $2,000+ Anthony went above and beyond to repair our line from the house to the septic tank. He removed all of the old piping indoors that was left behind from other projects, along with the original 1940s cast iron pipe that ran from the house into the septic system. He did a wonderful job repairing the outer edge of the septic tank that a large rock damaged. Our yard is full of huge rocks and he removed enough to build a rock wall with! Anthony was very pleasant to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with him and hearing some of his stories! This is the third time we have worked with Zoom drain and would highly recommend them. Thank you Tony for your excellent service and outstanding craftsmanship and knowledge. We highly recommend Zoom Drain. Services Outdoor plumbing system repair, Sewer repair
