New Great price We had a toilet and shower issue in our basement bathroom; not pleasant !!! Looking for a local plumbing company we researched Gatti Plumbing, and glad we did!! From my first call to completion of the job, the representatives for Gatti were knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and friendly! Matt and Anthony called 15 minutes before they arrived and showed up right on time. They assessed the problem and went right to work. They explained the situation and quoted pricing before they began so there were no surprises. After two hours of intense work, they finished and cleaned up everything! They exceeded my expectations and made us feel like we found new plumbers for life!! We highly recommend Gatti Plumbing and truly appreciate Matt and Anthony!!! Services Toilet repair, Plumbing leak detection, Sewer repair

Not sure | $200–400 Crew arrived on time and resolved our issue (clogged bathroom sink piping) in under an hour. No easy task based on the age and iron construction of the severely dated plumbing in our home. This is the second time we've had Gatti Plumbing in our home to remedy aging plumbing issues, and they've done stellar work.

Great price | $1,000–1,200 We called Gatti for a natural gas grill line installation quote per a coworkers recommendation. They quoted $4k less than another local business and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The guys came out a few days after we accepted the quote, it only took a few hours, and it looks great if you ignore the deck we haven’t stained yet! Definitely recommend to anyone in the Rochester area!! Services Service not listed

We had an ejector pump fail and toilets and showers backing up in our basement. The phone triage experience was wonderful and in no time, William was at the house fixing the issue. I was expecting to have to pay for a new pump, but after clearing the one I had and testing it multiple times he assured me that it was good to be put back and saved me several hundred dollars in the process. Simply great experience from the first contact through completion. Services Service not listed

Reasonable price | $200–400 Will and Dion came today due to a potential blockage of the sewer line which we have had issues within the past repeatedly. They were able to determine it was not actually the sewer line but a pipe that connects the kitchen and bathroom on the upper floor and also goes out to the sewer line. It was so nice to finally get some answers that made sense and these two young men exceeded my expectations to the fullest! I am an associate relationship manager for American Express’ “black card”. I expect to receive the same type of service that I give my card members in W and Dion certainly rose above my expectations! They are professional, efficient and courteous. They are truly an asset to Gatti and should be recognized as such! Services Plumbing pipe repair

John and Victor were dispatched to our home yesterday to address a storm sewer clog in the discharge line from our basement to the street. John was training Victor, and shared his professional knowledge with him each step of the job. John is very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. This is very refreshing to see in a contractor.....respect for our home. Thank you John and Victor for your dedication and expertise. I would definitely trust Gatti Plumbing for any future needs.

Steve called me and arrived at our house a little after 8 AM on Monday, June 1st to repair a hose bib that was broken. Steve assessed the repair, gathered his tools from his truck and got right to work. Steve explained what he recommended for the repair and explained what he was going to do. I was already aware of the cost thanks to a full transparency quote given to me when I called to make the appointment. Steve is a very skilled, professional and efficient plumber. He had our hose bib replaced very quickly. Steve answered all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. That has been the kind of experience I always have when working with Gatti Plumbing. I'm so appreciative of their customer friendly, highly skilled service and quick response time every time I work with them. I highly recommend Gatti Plumbing to anyone and everyone. Thank you!
