These people are the best. We just had our house repiped and it actually looks better than before. They patched and painted the walls when they finished so that you would never know they were worked on. They cleaned as they worked and there was never any hint of dust or dirt.

After a failed hot PEX line left us frustrated with our property insurance company and knowing it was only a matter of time before it happened again, we turned to Arizona Integrity Plumbing on the recommendation of a trusted neighbor. Jen at their corporate office quickly walked me through our options, and before long, Daniel, Aaron, and Reyes were on the job. These guys are punctual, hardworking, and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable having them not just in our house, but around my family. I'd hire them again without hesitation, and if that cold PEX line fails next, I know they'll be there right away.

The customer service, flexibility, and availability working with Az Integrity Plumbing was great! The specialist that came to my house was right on time, if not early! My repairs took several days to complete due to complexity and the project was throughly explained step by step, as well as options available. Time expected to complete each visit was spot on from what was communicated. The office staff, Jen and Jennifer, were excellent! Scheduling was a breeze with calls and texting when needed so my project moved forward. Overall a great experience, would recommend for anyone that needs repiping, or plumbing repairs.

We had to have our whole house repiped due to faulty water line material. AZIP was contracted by the pipe manufacturer and they were incredible to work with! From the very beginning they were very professional and never deviated from their timeline. Ramiro, Byanka, Antonio, and Cameron were very kind, professional, and always kept their work areas clean as well as protecting the house from any further damage. Arizona Integrity Plumbing did an excellent job replacing all our hot water pipes. The project was a significant effort. They were incredibly thorough and professional. The drywall and painting repairs required as a result of the project was unbelievable. You truly cannot tell that they had to cut into so many walls. I had heard from many neighbors that have used them for a similar project how excellent their service were. After seeing it for myself I am in awe and very appreciative. The team that did our work was :Dimitri, Daniel, Aaron and Reyes and they were fabulous during the entire process, at the end of each day our house was put back in complete order. Follow up and follow through on schedule and on budget are how I’d describe the work of these folks. It’s is a little Wild West here in Arizona with contractors but the level of professionalism, work ethic and customer service I experienced during a Repiping project at my home was second to none. Jennifer, Alex, Daniel and Dimitri made it very easy for me from scheduling through install and on to payment. The work itself was excellent - including the repatching work both on the inside and outside of the house. I would absolutely use them again and wish they offered more home services because of the quality and value!

From Jennifer in the office setting the appointments and doing all the time consuming work behind the scenes, all while maintaining a positive professional attitude. To Romero and his crew providing exceptional, customer service and professionalism throughout the entire process. The attention to detail, from putting on shoe covers as soon as they entered my home to not slamming the door as they went in and out, to covering everything with plastic to ensure as minimal dust as possible. The entire crew was respectful and courteous, always provided a smile, even though they were working in hot conditions. They went above and beyond, if they saw something that needed to be addressed. Arizona Integrity Plumbing does live up to its name! Back in 2021, I was going to repipe my house because I had been told my house had poly pipes. When the guys came and cut open the walls, they informed me that my inspector was wrong and that the pipes were CPVC. They told me that it was recommended to proceed, but that since the pipes were not what the inspector had said they were, they gave me the option to just pay for the work to patch the holes. It was silly of me back then to halt the repipe, but I was struck by their honesty and willingness to explain the situation to me. It left a really good impression! Fast forward to 2026, and I had a new water heater installed. The plumber I hired to do it ended up snapping the pipe. He tried to salvage it, but the pipe kept cracking and he said I needed a whole home repipe. The price he quoted me was $19,000 to do the repipe plus hiring someone to do drywall. This sounded really high to me, but I remembered Arizona Integrity Plumbing. I called and was treated with respect and understanding. Jennifer listened to me and gave me honest advice that a repipe at this point was prudent, and she agreed the price the plumber was asking was much too high. I asked if there was any possibility for them to do the repipe ASAP, and Jennifer said she would try to figure something out. Sure enough, I got a call back that the timing would work out! The price was significantly lower (we are talking around $5k lower), even with the travel cost (I live in Tucson). Let me say here that there was no obligation for this company to accommodate me for a non-emergency situation on such short notice, but Jennifer took the time to see if it was doable. Alex came to inspect my house on a Saturday in order to get all the details for the final estimate. Now, let me get to the work itself. The crew showed up on time every single day of the job. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and everyone was willing to answer any questions I had. The quality of the work is extremely high. No one can tell where the walls were cut! The repipe was done in late March, and I haven’t have any issues since. I am blown away at the quality of customer service and workmanship, and I’m so grateful that they were able to squeeze me in on short notice when they didn’t have to. I recommend that if you need a repipe done, you need to contact Arizona Integrity Plumbing.

We had multiple pex pipe leaks, multiple repairs while going through random plumbers through our home warranty. In a desperate attempt to fix a leak that our home warranty plumbers couldn't find, we found integrity plumbing. They were so helpful not only in finding and fixing multiple leaks but also so knowledgeable in the warranties associated with our pex pipes. We ended up using them multiple times, they sent our pipes in for testing and ultimately ended up being able to work with the manufacturer of our pex pipes to get our hot side pipes replaced. The manufacturer agreed to cover the cost because they were still under warranty, something no other plumber even suggested. We are so grateful to them, especially Alex who came out multiple times and was so professional and kind. They were so helpful and we feel so blessed to have found them. They communicated each step of the way. Shout out to Jen who really took the time to ask questions and helped us navigate this whole process. She asked all the right questions, recognized the pattern of leaks as a red flag and potential sign of defective pipes. We are so happy to have found them. They are the best, true experts in this field. Before them, we had about 5 different plumbing companies coming in sent by our home warranty...none of them suggested testing our pipes with Manufacturer or said anything to us about warranties.

Arizona Integrity Plumbing did a whole house repipe for me to remove old polybutylene piping. My first call with Jennifer basically sold me on the company. She took her time with me and helped to make things fit within my timeline and finances. Alex came to the house and outlined the entire process and answered all my questions. I really liked what he had to say plus they included patching the holes and painting in their estimate. I felt really good about everything and we went ahead. Everything went as planned. Shout out to Dimitri, Antonio, Luis, Cameron, Ramiro and Reyes who showed up everyday with smiles and a “good morning”. They were friendly, polite and professional not to mention very skilled. They respected me and my house and cleaned up every night. They finished on time and when they say “you won’t even know we were there” they mean it. The drywall and stucco repairs were invisible and my house was clean. They even repaired a previous defect in the cultured marble surround in the shower so it was like new. If you need a repipe or any other service they offer I would recommend them a hundred percent. Thanks guys!!

I know that getting your house re-pipped can be scary and pricey. I can also tell you that I shopped 5 other plumbers, and when I had Integrity Plumbing over I knew right away that they were special. They had the best price in town and that included repairing the drywall that was damaged during the repipe. They also repaired the damaged drywall from the flood caused by my prior pipe leak. I had the best crew in Reyes, Dmitri and Daniel. They were extremely efficient and took every precaution to keep things clean. The water was shut off for only part of 1 day and the drywall repair looks amazing. Integrity plumbing get a 10 out of 10 in my book based on price and quality of job completion.

After multiple damaging water leaks affected our two story home, we reached out to Uponor, manufacturer of the pex line, and requested assistance. They quickly contacted AZ Integrity Plumbing for a whole-house repipe, putting into motion one of the best contracted experiences we've had to date. From first contact to last, integrity is an apt description for this company, as well as professional, punctual, skilled, efficient, and truly thoughtful. Our crew consisted of Ramiro, Byanka, Antonio and Luis, and they were fantastic. Each was cheerful every day and made friends with our indoor cats to lessen their anxiety. The crew wasn't only polite, there was genuine appreciation and comradery among them. Ramiro is an inspired leader. We had the house completely repiped by Arizona Integrity Plumbing. I was very skeptical that the results would look as good as before. I was very wrong… they opened up 16 holes in the walls that looked as good or better after patching and painting, than before they started. The crew was so professional and courteous, I could not have asked for better. What’s amazing is they did it all in 4 days. I would recommend this company to everybody.
