Paul was exceptional to work with! Incredibly kind, knowledgeable and communicative on what our plumbing issues were and how we needed to solve them. He was also very responsive - I had an issue at two separate properties and he went above and beyond to address them both on the same day. We will certainly be using American Discount Plumbing again for future needs.

Paul was amazing! I have an Ove toilet electric toilet & he told me exactly what I needed to get as far as parts to fix my toilet! 1 of the valves was bad but he fixed it & got my toilet operational! I just found my new plumber! He’s a great man too!

Paul came very quickly and immediately recognized that our outdoor leak needed urgent remediation. He fixed the issue with excellent technical judgment and did a fantastic job. He's our go-to plumber now. Five stars.

I've worked with Pavel on several projects when we recently relocated to Phoenix. The biggest challenge for our project is we had very little knowledge of local contractors. Fortunately, we found a plumber who was fair, responsive and did an excellent job. I'm on a third project with Pavel and highly recommend him

I needed some plumbing work done on a master bath I was renovating while also being out of town. Pavel not only did a great job but he kept me updated along the whole process sending pictures of the work that needs to get done and of course when it was finished. He was always professional, on time, and prices were also very fair. I would absolutely recommend Pavel to all friends neighbors or family for any plumbing needs!

Outstanding service! I called about an outdoor leaky faucet. When I saw how great of a job he did I asked if he had the time (and parts) to do the other two faucets. He did! My house has original 26 year old faucets so I knew it was a matter of time. I will definitely use Paul (Pavel) again for my future plumbing needs.

Pavel came and did some work at my group home. I had someone else come before him to try and do the job and he wasn’t able to. Pavel works very professionally and does a very good job. He finished the job very quickly and did it very professionally, very well. He has very good prices as well. I highly recommend him and the work he does.

Highly recommend Pavel! Very reliable and honest. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and did excellent work. It’s hard to find a plumber you can truly trust, and he’s definitely one I’d recommend to friends and family.

We were referred to Pavel by a fabulous real estate agent that highly recommended him. We have a rental in AZ, and two new faucets and drain plugs. He got us right on the schedule, got it done well, with the finishes we wanted, and very reasonably priced. We will be calling him again in the future!

My hot water heater broke on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Called American Discount Plumbing and they came out within the hour to assess the problem. Installed a new heater for me. Very professional and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them.

The city sent me a letter saying they were seeing my water running non-stop at 10 gallons per hour for several days. I called out a plumber and he did some testing and told me I had an underground leak between the meter and the house and it would cost a minimum of $3000 to dig up my yard and patch it. I called out a few more plumbers (some big companies, some small) to get second opinions. They all said I had a leak and either needed to pay $5000 to replace the main line or at least $1500 to hire a subcontractor leak detection company to pinpoint the leak and spit repair. Then came Paul with American Discount Plumbing. He walked the property, looked at all my plumbing and turned things off and on and started laughing. Turns out the autofill in my pool broke and was continuously running. We ran to Leslie's together and bought a new part for $25. Installed it and Voila! No more issue. He only charged me a small service fee and saved me at least a $1000 if not a lot more because I was seriously considering replacing the main line which is what most plumbers suggested.

Paul and Johnathan were absolutely amazing! They replaced my 16 year old water heater that had a ton of issues, and made the whole process very smooth from start to finish. They explained everything in a way I could understand and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s especially hot this time of the year in the Arizona summer so thank you for the few hours you spent outdoors. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or water heater help. Thank you both!

Paul does a great job. I've used his services several times as I purchased an old house and renovated it. Needless to say, issues pop up when you have older plumbing. I now have everything renovated and running smoothly. His knowledge is super helpful and his pricing is very fair. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Had to renovate my bathroom and needed a rough in valve installed for a shower. I was quoted over $1K by other big names in the valley and decided to find a local business instead. I found Paul after a quick search and was blessed to find he is a true professional with over 30 years exp and charged me a reasonable price. Support your local businesses.
