Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday morning. Another company quoted $2,000 for a weekend replacement, or $1,200 if we waited until a weekday. Mo quoted a significantly lower rate, came out Sunday right on time, and didn’t charge a premium for the weekend. He also handled the whole Home Depot warranty exchange: he picked up the new unit, returned the old one, and installed the replacement the same day. Since we don’t have a vehicle that can haul a water heater anymore, that saved us a lot of hassle. Mo is an independent plumber who’s fair, on time, and takes care of everything. He’s our first call next time. Highly recommend.
