Hayden at NuFlow leads the way in pipe repair. He thoroughly explained the process and diagnosed the problem. Basically old collapsing iron sewer pipes under the slab home. I’m a home inspector and remodeled our 40 year old home thinking that the unseen sewer pipes were good enough. We found out 4 months after living in the home when half thy house clogged up.We were lucky that one half could be dug up and replaced but it resulted in re routing half the sewer line around the house. When the other half of the house started showing similar signs (smelly shower laundry room) we called Hayden at NuFlow. He was referred by the plumber that modified the previous side of our house. This second phase of work would have required 4 holes and trenches inside our newly remodeled kitchen and laundry to replace rotting pipes. Hayden’s pipe re lining needed just one hole and we managed the process of repair while still living in the house. NuFlows plumbers were all professional and respectful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended! I had an unexpected plumbing leak that turned into a much bigger issue—a complete cast iron pipe replacement. I reached out to four different plumbing companies, including NuFlow, to get estimates. To say some of the other companies were overpriced would be an understatement. One company even wanted to charge me $300 just to run a camera and determine if they could address the issue. Needless to say, that was an easy “no thanks.” Then Tyler from NuFlow came out. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and ready to get to work. He inspected the cleanouts with a camera at no cost, which I really appreciated. Despite being outside in 100+ degree heat, sweating through his clothes & gloves, Tyler was determined to thoroughly inspect the line and figure out exactly what was going on. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a detailed quote. NuFlow wasn't the cheapest of the four companies I contacted, but they were definitely not the most expensive—and the professionalism, transparency, and quality of service made my decision easy. The very next day, the work began. Tyler and his crew were fantastic! They were professional, worked tirelessly, kept everything clean, and made sure the work area was properly contained. They worked hard to get everything taken care of and get us back up and running. The honesty of this company stood out to me. My dishwasher and kitchen sink was backing up into the bathtub. Nate came out and did a free camera inspection and was very honest with me that their product was overkill for my job. Not many companies will be that honest with you. He showed me the video and suggested a couple other ideas. I ended up with another company that came out within 2 hours and literally chiseled his way through the kitchen clean out in order to get the snake in. He was able to get me flowing again. 5 Star Experience for sure across NuFlow's entire process. We choose NuFlow Phoenix to address a drainage/waste water flow issue in a 50 year old home. From the beginning of the process, it was clear we made the right decision. Our primary point of contact was Hayden, great gent, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He walked us thru the recommendations as well as potential risk points we might encounter. Great communication during the entire process. The team sent to accomplish the line scoping/videos, cleaning and relining get very high marks on professionalism and care of the property. Even when encountering an issue, the team was able to assess next steps, then correct, and then move on with completion. Having looked at other options; the quality of their work, minimal disruption to the home, and value of the service was excellent when compared to traditional drain/waste line repair/replacement. We live in a neighborhood where the homes have cast iron sewer pipes under the slab. These homes were built in 1969 so most of the sewer pipes in the area need to be or have been replaced due to rust and corrosion. Rather than wait for our pipes to break or cause major problems as we have witnessed with other neighbors we decided to be pro-active and get them re-lined now. After getting quotes from several companies we went with Nu-Flow Phoenix because they appeared to be the company that specializes in re-lining corroded and damaged pipes. We were so glad that we picked this company. Our sales person, Nate , performed a full camera inspection of all the pipes in our home. He then showed us all the videos and did an excellent job of explaining there process of re-lining them. Our relining job took 5 days. They started the job on the date they said they would. The first morning Nate introduced the lead person on the job, Jacob and his crew. Jacob and his crew were excellent to work with. They showed up every morning right on time. The first thing Jacob would do is explain everything they would be doing that day and what times if any we may be without the use of our sewer, which was minimum and never caused an issue for us. They worked hard and in over hearing there discussions during the job I could tell they took pride in the work they were doing. They completed all the work on day 5 just as they said they would. They showed us all the before and after videos of our sewer lines. It is such a relief to know that we now have good solid re-lined pipes under our slab and in our walls. I can definitely say they were a pleasure to work with and we are very happy we chose Nu-Flow Phoenix.

Nu Flow Phoenix Plumbing did a great job with an annual inspection and tune up. I had some slow water flow coming out of my tankless water heater and they got everything working smoothly with a fast flow of hot water again. Huge shoutout to Nu Flow Phoenix for knocking this out of the park. They helped clear decades—and I mean decades—of sludge and buildup from an old storm drain in a 1945 building I picked up about four months ago. Based on what came out, I’m pretty confident this drain hadn’t been properly serviced in close to 80 years. Not a small job, and definitely not a pretty one. What really impressed me was their process. They didn’t just clear the line and disappear—they ran a camera through the system to identify exactly where the pipe runs and where it ties in, which is invaluable when you’re dealing with older buildings and mystery infrastructure. Clear explanations, solid visuals, and no guessing. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with older properties. If you’re dealing with legacy plumbing, storm drains, or anything underground that hasn’t seen daylight since Truman was president—these are your people. Highly recommend.

I became aware of NuFlow Phoenix through a search on the internet regarding a sewer inspection, due to my degrading pipes. Within a few days, an account manager came to my property and ran an inspection on my sewer, finding major problems in drainage throughout my house. Working with Sean from NuFlow, he inspected my pipes thoroughly using cameras and locating all the pipes. He was very straightforward and congenial with his interaction with my wife and me, putting us at ease with the endeavor that we were going to encounter with our plumbing.
