Juan and Derek were very knowledgeable, kind and made our carpets sparkle. Were very efficient and thorough It appears we have an issue with our master bedroom which stems from the installation and is a manufacturers problem. Shadowing occurring is not normal. We will be contacting the company we purchased the carpeting from. Thanks for the concurrence that this is an installation problem and not something we did. .
