This past Sunday night, we had a major problem in our home that we never had before. The hot water heater completely failed and started leaking water in the basement. In addition to that a valve broke on the waterline and we had additional water coming in at a very fast pace and completely saturating our basement floor. We called Service master by Gadonniex. Within 25 minutes the owner Mike Himself came-to our home and immediately knew what to do. In addition to having a plan to remove inches of water off the basement floor, he was able to coach us to get a plumber in to get to the root cause of the problem as well. He immediately was able to get his team in And pump out all of the water in the basement. He then proceeded to strategically place Super high volume blowers in the basement to start the drying process. This is after he Strategically moved all of the clutter, weight, equipment, and tool chests in our basement. The end result was spectacular. He was able to remove all of the water. Dry the floor perfectly and completely save us from a nightmare of potential mold and mildew problems. I highly recommend Mike Gadonniex and his amazing team to help you quickly, professionally and fairly priced! I have done many five star Reviews before. But this one is at the top of the mountain for five star reviews!!! I cannot say enough of how perfectly this was done!!!😊😊😊

These guys are great! They are extremely communicative, friendly, and do excellent work. Our upstairs bathroom flooded down into our dining room and it was a huge mess. They got out to us right away and did a great job!! Everything is dry and clean and ready for a new ceiling! When our basement flooded due to no electricity causing sump pump failure, Mike responded quickly and removed our carpeting and subfloor making sure there was no water left. He then set up his industrial fans and dehumidifier and our basement was quickly dried out and the risk of mold gone.
