Kevin was amazing, just being a new home owner, my water heater was not really working. I needed a new one, he was affordable, professional, and got it done fast! Also it was a tight space he was able to get a 50 gallon water heater in this space and it works so much better now, for a family of 4! I called this place multiple times trying to talk to them because of the 5 star reviews here. The owner finally texted me back a few days later to ask what my address was, then proceeded to ghost me. Apparently he chooses when and where he feels like working in our town and if he doesn't like the address, he will ghost you. I would give -1 start if possible. All I need is a simple PM and nothing else. He probably isn't interested because he wants to sell everyone a full HVAC or mini split system and picks and chooses who he wants to serve. My husband and I feel very lucky to have found Saratoga Plumbing and Heating when we had a leaking ceiling and sink from pipe damage. Kevin and Kevin were super responsive, helpful, professional, and talked us through all of their findings. It can be hard to find contractors you can trust and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Leaking ceilings are a scary thing and they saved the day for us. These guys are definitely our go to service for any future plumbing needs, if we could give them more stars we would!!

Kevin helped us during our huge renovation of our 1880s Queen Anne victorian home in Saratoga Springs. He showed up when he said, communicated to us during his work there, helped us chose the best options for our renovations, hard working, late nights, anything we needed. He will certainly stay in my phone book for services to come and I would highly recommend him. If there was a 6th star I would have added it. We appreciate all he has done for us, great business and great guy.
