Reasonable price | $600–800 They came out in a timely manner to do a leak test on my AC system. The tech Christian, came back 10 days later and found the leak, on a Monday. He was awesome both times he came out. He said the service manager would arrange the warranty stuff (it is a Rheem under warranty). By Wednesday I didn't here so I called. Jeff, the service manager said he submitted the info and was supposed to hear that day. Friday I called again since I didn't here from him. He said he still didn't here. I called F.W. Webb, the distributer and spoke with the warranty person. He had no paperwork from B&B. I called Jeff back and he said he went through a different person and I should call Adam's since they installed it. What a run around. Services A/C services

Plumber, Ryan, called when he was on his way to our home. He was pleasant and courteous, quickly assessed the situation, reviewed repair options and offered very helpful suggestion. He worked efficiently and effectively. The problem with our leaking kitchen sink was resolved in a timely fashion. I will definitely call B&B for our plumbing service needs again.

Reasonable price | $2,000+ We've been customers of B&B Plumbing & Heating since 2015 for our plumbing needs, and after this experience they'll be handling all of our HVAC work as well. B&B recently replaced our entire HVAC system, including the air conditioner, furnace, and evaporator coil. They fit us into their schedule during the middle of a heat wave, which we really appreciated. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the crew was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The new system has been working flawlessly since it was installed, and we're very happy with the results. We have two more apartments whose HVAC systems will need to be replaced over the next several years, and we'll definitely be returning to B&B when that time comes. If you're looking for a company that does quality work, stands behind their service, and treats customers well, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend B&B.
