Our kitchen sink was totally backed up on a Saturday. I called three 24/7 plumbers and Tom was the only one who answered my call. We were having company for dinner that day and Tom went out of his way to come over right away. He not only fixed the sink, he also spotted two other problems and repaired them too. Tom is very meticulous and I'd recommend him to anyone.

We noticed some water in our basement near a drain pipe last Sunday night, and called Tom at Best Plumbing on Monday morning. He came to the house within an hour or two (which we REALLY appreciated), was professional, explained potential concerns, and gave us an estimate on the spot. He came back two days later (today) and repaired/replaced the old pipe in the wall that had a giant crack/hole in it, and came in under the estimated cost (we appreciated that too). He was responsive to my calls and texts from Monday to Wednesday, he was on-time, he was professional (vaccinated and masked), and he repaired the pipe as promised. We were fairly concerned on Sunday that this would be some major issue -- finding the leaky pipe somewhere in the wall -- that would take weeks to resolve, but Tom was able to ease our minds within two hours that Monday, and get the pipe fixed within two days -- and at a reasonable price. A water line began to leak in the middle of the night. We were forced to shut the water supply off to our house. The next morning, we called Best and Tom returned our call within 10 minutes. Tom was extremely responsive. As soon as I hit submit on the inquiry at 9:30 pm on a Tuesday night my phone was ringing. We scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Tom tried every avenue to fix the clog before having to take the ‘extreme’. I thought the cost was going to sky rocket once the fix proved to require drastic measures but that was not the case. Tom was very fair with what he charged and even configured his numbers to try and stay close to what he quoted. After being stood up twice by Lowes and their very unprofessional installation team, I cancelled the order and contacted Tom at Best Plumbing.
